中文摘要 本研究透過2011年至2016年在台灣的家族企業樣本調查家族企業的繼承以及這些企業的政治關聯對其績效的影響。本文研究政治連結如何影響公司家庭繼承的表現,結果顯示有政治連結的公司經歷了更糟糕的業績表現,也顯示政治連結和家族企業之間在企業績效方面的不顯著正向交互作用。
英文摘要 Using a sample of family firms from 2011 to 2016 in Taiwan, I investigated the succession of family firms and the effects of these firms’ political connectedness on their performance. This paper investigates how political connection influence firm performance of family succession. The results reveal that firms with political connections experience worse firm performance. The results also demonstrates insignificant positive interaction between political connection and family business on firm performance.
