中文摘要 本研究為兩個相互關聯之主題,研究主題一主要探討不同日夜節律型態在網路成癮與睡眠衛生之差異,研究方法為在台灣各地區13所高中與高職以立意抽樣方式,有效樣本數為619位樣本進行分析;研究主題二為運用雲端睡眠健康促進課程,與加入網路成癮知能課程,探討參加課程之夜貓型態之高中職生在網路成癮與睡眠衛生之影響,其中睡眠衛生依變項分為兩個指標:睡眠品質、白日嗜睡。為期13週的前後測準實驗研究設計,針對南部一所私立高中,兩個班級共38位夜貓型態學生,以睡眠健康促進課程,融入網路正確使用知識為課程內容,實驗組(N=20)接受課程操弄,對照組(N=18)則上一般綜合活動之輔導課程。資料分析針對不同研究問題與依變項採用多變量變異數、單變量變異數、多變量共變數與單變量共變數分析之。主要研究結果發現如下:
一、台灣高中職生不同日夜節律型態在網路成癮與睡眠衛生上有差異。
1.網路成癮變項上,夜貓型嚴重程度顯著高於白日型與中間型,中間型又顯著高於白日型。
2.睡眠品質變項上,夜貓型嚴重程度顯著高於白日型與中間型,中間型與白日型沒有差異。
3.白日嗜睡變項上,夜貓型嚴重程度顯著高於白日型與中間型,中間型又顯著高於白日型。
二、接受雲端睡眠健康促進課程夜貓型的學生在網路成癮與睡眠衛生上有改善。
1.網路成癮變項上,實驗組嚴重程度有改善,優於對照組。
2.睡眠品質變項上,實驗組睡眠品質有改善,優於對照組。
3.白日嗜睡變項上,實驗組白日嗜睡有改善,優於對照組。
本研究依據結果提出與課室實驗上之研究限制與建議,也提供了實徵資料,給予未來希望進行相關研究之研究者或是學校單位作為參考。
英文摘要 This study aimed to explore the impact of the cloud-based health promotion course on high school students, Internet Addition, Sleep Quality, and Daytime Sleepiness.
The participants of the study were 619 senior high and vocational high school students, who were sampled from 13 senior and vocational high schools in Taiwan. With using questionnaires, the research was based on purposively sampling. On the other hand, the research aimed to investigate the influence on students who were belonged to the evening type internet addiction, and we also focused on sleep hygiene about these adolescences.The dependent variables of sleep hygiene included two indicators: Sleep Quality, Daytime Sleepiness. A pretest and posttest quasi-experimental design was used for this study, and the experiment was conducted for 13 weeks. The participants were 38 students from two classes, and were taught the sleeping healthy promotion course which included correct Internet Use and Internet Addiction of Adolescence improve course . During the study, the number of experimental group was 20, and Control group was 18. The data was analyzed by four main methods MANOVA, ANOVA, MANCOVA and ANCOVA. The results of this study are as follows:
1.Significant differences were found between different circadian rhythm patterns on Internet Addiction and on sleep hygiene among senior and vocational high schools in Taiwan student
2.The results of this study indicated that the cloud-based health promotion course significantly impacted high school students’ internet addiction and Sleep Quality.
Based on this research, the author proposed suggestions for the further empirical research and implications for educational practice.
