中文摘要 全球化的人口移動使各國高等教育的外來學生人數逐年升高。近年來有許多學生到台灣接受高等教育,而這些國際學生可面臨適應性的困難。本研究依Berry(2003)的文化適應框架對台灣國立成功大學五位國際學生的文化適應經驗進行研究。本研究方法為深入訪談,並在分析問題時,使用現象學。研究結果顯示國際學生基本適應良好。研究結果亦可供國際學生事務組、教育者、心理諮詢師參考,並且對未來的研究會所助益。
英文摘要 Global migration has increased the number of students travelling to other countries for higher education. In recent years many students have come to Taiwan for higher education. International students can face difficulties adapting to the host country. The present study is based on Berry’s (2003) acculturation framework of acculturation. The current study presents a research on acculturation experiences of 5 international students in Taiwan National Cheng Kung University. The current research is designed through an in-depth interview of qualitative approach. When analyzing the answers to the question, the researcher used a phenomenological approach. According to the results of the present study, it can be concluded that international students basically adapt well. The result of this research can be useful to the office for working with foreign students, professors, psychological counselors and also for further research
