中文摘要 在產業環境快速變動下,創新是企業最重要的發展策略之一,尤其2016年台灣新任政府將創新產業發展列為國家發展施政主軸,力求產業創新升級。另外現今產業環境已不適合單打獨鬥,多採用策略聯盟方式來合縱連橫,共同抵禦外強。而在發展創新初始,如果能透過合作夥伴的知識分享,則對於創新歷程上能減少不必要的障礙與成本。尤其資訊發達下,消費者意識崛起,如果能與價值鏈中的利害關係人進行友善互動與協同合作,更能加快企業創新的腳步,發展出適合市場的產品或服務。因此,本研究以策略聯盟觀點來探討知識分享與價值共創行為對於企業創新績效的影響。
本研究發放問卷對象主要針對有策略聯盟經驗的參與人員為主,總計發放223份問卷,有效回收數161份,回收率72%,問卷發放期間為105年5月下旬至六月底止。
本研究採用SPSS18.0及AMOS18.0統計分析軟體,使用敘述性統計分析、信效度分析、結構方程式等方法進行樣本分析及假設檢定。研究結果發現:(一)策略聯盟關係距離與品質對於知識分享有顯著影響;(二)知識分享對於價值共創有顯著影響;(三)價值共創對於企業創新績效有顯著影響;(四)環境不確定性因素對價值共創與企業創新績效具有調節效果。(五)策略聯盟關係距離與品質對於價值共創並未具有顯著影響。
英文摘要 The external environment for all enterprises is rapidly changing, so innovation is one of the most important development strategies for all enterprises. Especially 2016 Taiwan government proposes the development of innovative industries in the mainstay of National Development Policy, and strives to industrial innovation and upgrading. In the beginning of the development of innovation, it is possible to reduce unnecessary obstacles and costs by knowledge sharing with partners in the innovation process. In addition, the enterprises may accelerate industrial innovation and develop products or services for market demand by interacting and collaborating with the stakeholders in industries value chain. Therefore, this paper studies the effect of knowledge sharing and value co-creation on the innovation performance of enterprises in the perspective of strategic alliance.
The empirical results show that: (1) the distance and quality of the relationship in strategic alliance have significant effects on knowledge sharing; (2) the knowledge sharing has significant effect on value co-creation; (3) the value co-creation has significant effect on innovation performance;(4) the value co-creation has greater impacts on innovation performance in environmental uncertainty; (5) the relationship between distance and quality has insignificant effect on value co-creation.
