中文摘要 近年台灣經濟發展迅速,仰賴著道路運輸;隨經濟產業發展,帶動交通量迅速的增加,人民對路面耐久性、安全性、功能性要求愈來愈高。公路鋪面績效提升實有必要,有鑑於此,石膠泥瀝青混凝土(Stone Mastic Asphalt,SMA)優越的耐磨性及耐久性,能提供良好抗車轍能力,並可延長路面壽命,對於高速公路重車頻繁路段為道路主管機關鋪面選項之一。本研究籍由檢測國道1號斗南段SMA鋪設前後車轍量、Clegg衝擊試驗、平坦度、回彈模數、間接張力,進一步評估耐久性及工程性質。試驗性質顯示,本路究路段係以5cm SMA取代5cm密級配瀝青混凝土,經檢測SMA鋪設後平坦度皆不超過1m/km,行車舒適明顯提昇,惟因本研究觀測期程僅就鋪設前後為10個月,僅代表初期績效,建議後續應持續觀測及分析,並建立較完整資料庫。
英文摘要 In recent years, Taiwan's economy has developed rapidly, relying on road transport; with the economic and industrial development, driven by the rapid increase in traffic, people on the road durability, safety, functional requirements are getting higher and higher, road pavement performance is necessary. In view of this, stone mastic asphalt concrete (Stone Mastic Asphalt, SMA) excellent wear resistance and durability, provide good rutting resistance, and extend the pavement life, for highway heavy vehicle road authorities for the frequent road surfacing options one. This Dou Nan work section conducted by detecting before and after laying the SMA laying of National Road No. 1, the amount of Rutting test , Clegg impact value test, International roughness index , Resilient Modulus , Indirect tension test, Further assessing the durability and engineering properties. The nature of the test shows that the road section of the road to 5cm SMA replace 5cm Dense gradation asphalt mixture, After the detection of SMA laying International roughness index are not more than 1m / km, driving comfort improved significantly, But the observation period is only 10 months before and after the laying of the study, representing only the initial performance, the proposed follow-up should be sustained observation and analysis, and the establishment of a more complete database.
