Mobile payment becomes popular with financial technology and smartphone developing in recent years. The mobile payment amount growth significantly every year in Taiwan, and the kinds of mobile payment is various through everywhere such as store, restaurant…etc. How to enhance people's willingness to use mobile payment continuously is big problem to supplier in widely market.
The research about consumer's mobile payment willing has sprung up in recent years, but there are few paper study about using mobile payment continue intention. Therefore, the papar research the variables of user's mobile payment continuous willing with technology readiness and the technology acceptance model from user's personal qualities point of view.
This study focus on the mobile payment’s user, and research by internet questionnaires. A total of 278 valid questionnaires were collected and the analysis used the structure equation model (SEM) and the partial least squares (PLS). The results show that technology readiness is positive effect the continuous use intention, and can affect inertia and continuous use intention through perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use. Inertia and continuous use intention are positive influence by perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use. Continuous use intention is positive affected by inertia. The effect of inertia is higher than perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use on continuous use intention. Expectation this study’s result can provide the strategic to the supplier that how to maintain the original users in different perspectives.
