中文摘要 近年來因為資訊與科技日新月異,並且環境變動劇烈,「策略聯盟」受到許多產業的重視,因此本篇探討企業藉由策略聯盟是否能有利於彼此之間的學習,進而對創造力有正面的影響效果。其中探討的變數包含: 「夥伴多樣性」、「夥伴間知識距離」、「夥伴相互依賴性」這三項對於「聯盟學習」的影響。而面對快速變動的環境下,聯盟韌性能力代表著聯盟回應市場的方式以及面對創新的態度,因此本篇研究也探討「聯盟韌性能力」是否會正面影響「聯盟學習」以及「聯盟創造力」之間的關係。
本研究參考行政院主計處的行業分類標準,發放問卷的對象並無限定特別產業。填答者則鎖定公司主管階級以上之職位,並具有聯盟經驗的受測者作為問卷發放對象,總計發放250 份問卷,有效回收問卷168 份,有效回收率為67.2%,問卷發放期間為104年3月初至104年4月底止。
本研究採用SPSS 20.0和AMOS 21.0統計軟體分析,使用敘述性統計、信度與效度分析、結構模型分析等方法進行樣本分析與假說驗證。研究結果發現:(1)夥伴多樣性對於聯盟學習有正向的影響;(2)知識距離愈小對於聯盟學習有正向的影響;(3)高夥伴相互依賴性對於聯盟學習有正向影響;(4)聯盟學習對於聯盟創造力有正向影響;(5)聯盟韌性能力對於聯盟學習與聯盟創造力具有調節效果。
英文摘要 In recent years, technology improves every day and the business environment becomes more dynamic. A lot of companies decide to ally with other companies to broaden their knowledge base and learning with their partners. “Alliance learning” is a popular topic in both academy researches and management practices. Many studies mentioned that allying with partners will facilitate learning process within the alliance. This study takes it one step further and aims to understand how strategic alliance will facilitate alliance learning and eventually make the company more creative. This research focuses on three variables: partner diversity, knowledge distance and partner interdependence and try to figure out their influences on alliance learning. This study also discusses that alliance resilient capacity will moderate the effect between alliance learning and alliance creativity.
The samples are not restricted in any particular industries. This study targets on presidents, general managers, section chiefs, senior sales and senior engineers. Data was collected from March 2016 to April 2016. I finally received 168 valid questionnaires. This study uses SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 to analyze data with descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, and structural model analysis for examining the proposed hypotheses.
The results of study show: (1) Partner diversity and partner interdependence positively influence alliance learning. (2) Knowledge distance negatively influence alliance learning. (3)Alliance learning positively influence alliance creativity. (4) Alliance resilient capacity reveals the moderating effect in this study.
