中文摘要 由於傳統能源加速耗竭、電子垃圾汙染對環境或人體健康的危害…等,世界諸國皆力倡環保政策指令的推行,市面上的產品包裝通常會標示其所通過環保機構檢驗認證的標章。不過即使大眾時常見到這些標章圖示,卻往往不甚明白標章所代表的涵義。故本研究運用行動式擴增實境(Mobile Augmented Reality)系統,讓環保標章相關資訊對使用者來說更易接受也更具說服力,並能依據不同使用者的喜好進行個人化資訊篩選。首先,透過文獻探討環保標章的效果與近來環保政策指令面臨的困境,整理出消費者在面對環保標章或回收行為時欲了解的相關資訊項目,經由問卷調查可得知消費者對於各項資訊的相對重視程度,及伴隨標章傳達環保回收行為後果圖像的情境感受。接著,在符合行動裝置介面設計原則下,針對一環保標章建立具有不同資訊項目回饋的擴增實境系統最佳介面資訊組合,同樣經由問卷調查分析不同使用者類型對此行動式擴增實境系統介面設計的偏好。研究成果可提供相關程式設計者在擴增實境應用上最適的資訊內容安排,以作為因應使用者對於資訊內容需求的介面設計指引。此外,亦可給予標章認證機構在進行政策推廣或企業用於綠色行銷時的策略建議。
英文摘要 Countries in the world made all-out effort to develop and implement environmental policies due to many reasons, such as exhausted traditional energy resources, danger of E-waste pollution to the human body and the environment, etc. The products in the market always accompany with certification marks on their package attested by environmental protection agencies. However, the public still cannot recognize or understand the meaning of these certification marks even they have seen them for many times.

Therefore, in this study, we are going to use the Mobile Augmented Reality Systems (MARS) which are faster and more convenient than the ordinary internet research. We are going to create an interface that is easier for users to use, to introduce the goals and the guidelines of simple environmental conservation instructions or to provide useful information of recycling behavior for the public. The goal is to educate the public to recognize correctly different eco-labels and eco-products in order to gain their trust and support. In this way, they will be able to understand more clearly recycling measures and be more willing to follow relevant recycling policies.
