中文摘要 本論文為針對開放系統,進行建置、改善與技術接受及擴散研究,論文共分為二部分。第一個部份,針對系統佈署的背景、重要性、研究缺口以及解決方案加以闡述。由於電腦的虛擬化以及容器化技術的出現,使得系統與應用程式在雲端運算中得以快速佈署。然而,不管虛擬化以及容器化技術,皆是基於實機環境上的作業系統以及應用程式已經佈署完成後,才得以提供對應的環境。因此,有效率的實機系統佈署在實務與研究上,均是重要的課題。然而現有的實機系統佈署解決方案,無法以同一架構與同一程式,提供此三個功能:(1)單機系統的備份還原;(2)單機多顆硬碟的佈署;(3)多機多硬碟的佈署功能。故本研究提出一個創新的架構,並對應開發出一套開放原始碼軟體,解決前述的研究缺口。本研究主要研發出世界上第一個以開放原始碼軟體,同時提供上述三個功能之解決方案;同時為使本套軟體被使用者接受使用進而擴散,本研究採用科技接受整合模型(UTAUT)為基礎,以多準則決策方法(MCDM)進行檢測,了解使用者選擇接受佈署軟體時的重要決策因素。本論文第二部份是針對開放系統另一種形式-開放資料進行研究,以開放街圖(OpenStreetMap)為例,進行其創新擴散因素研究。由於開放街圖具開放、彈性、以及網頁界面等特性,使其適合成為教育上地圖工具的選擇。然而現有的文獻並沒有針對開放街圖創新擴散的因素加以研究,故本研究提出一個結合創新擴散理論(IDT)以及科技接受模型(TAM)的分析架構,分析影響學生對於開放街圖的接受乃至持續使用的因素。研究結果除可作為開放街圖導入到教育應用上,後續也可將同樣的架構應用於系統佈署軟體的擴散研究。
英文摘要 The first part in this research begins with the study of system deployment, including the background, importance, research gap, and the solution. Although the concept of system deployment is not new, existing solutions cannot use the same framework and program to support these three scenarios: (1) system backup and recovery; (2) massive deployment of disks in a computer; and, (3) massive deployment in large-scale computers. To resolve the issue, we propose a novel system architecture as well as software that is openly available. This is the first open source system deployment program that can provide these three types of functions. In addition, a framework based Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) model is proposed in this study and Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) method is used to evaluate the adoption of deployment software by system administrators.
The second part in this research is focused on the factors that influence the adoption of OpenStreetMap (OSM). The OSM, due to its openness, flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and web-based mapping capability, makes itself as one of the best alternatives for use as the mapping application for education. However, very few or no prior works have investigated the factors influencing the innovation diffusion of OSM in education. Therefore, we define an analytic framework based on the Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT) and the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The factors influencing students’ acceptance and intention to continue using and diffusing OSM in education are investigated. The analytic results can serve as a foundation for the design, development, and accelerated adoption and diffusion of OSM. In addition, the same framework can be used to study the diffusion of system deployment in the future.
