中文摘要 在能源過度開發的時代,尋找永續的再生能源成為重要的議題。生質能源漸漸成為了其中最有潛力的能源。而產油作物中,又以微藻的佔地面積最小,產油效率最高。此篇論文中,我們針對養殖微藻的管型光生物反應器之照明模組進行設計優化,產生具有均勻照度的合適微藻生長環境。本論文利用了不同角度入射的光源在光導管出光面不同位置處出光的特性,經由光源配光曲線的優化,求得能達成目標面的照度均勻的光源。本論文最終的設計中,利用了一自由曲面透鏡,調配了呈Lambertian分佈的入射光源的配光曲線,使入射光在通過具有簡單面結構之管型光導管後,在目標處建立照度均勻的光場分佈,達到設計目標。與Csögör等人設計之現有光生物反應器相比較,照度均勻度能夠有顯著的提升,導光筒外的區域在導光方向的方均根誤差變異係數能達到0.18,導光筒內的區域在導光方向的方均根誤差變異係數能達到0.13。
英文摘要 In the era of energy over-exploitation, looking for sustainable renewable energy has become an important issue. Biomass energy has gradually become one of the most potential energy. In all of the plants which are capable of producing oil, the microalgae have the largest oil-producing efficiency and the least cultivated field. In this thesis, we design a lighting module for tube photobioreactor so as to create an environment with uniform irradiance. With the property that “the light-exiting positions at tube lightguide are related to the light incident angle”, this thesis optimizes the radiant intensity distribution curve of the incident light for making the irradiance on the target surface is uniform. In the final design, the radiant intensity distribution curve of the input Lambertian light source was modified by a freeform lens. Passing the constructing light source through a tube lightguide with simple surface structures creates a light distribution with uniform irradiance at the target surface. Compared with the previous study, uniformity improve remarkably. The value of CV(RMSE), abbreviation of coefficient of variation of root mean square error, outside the light guide tube can reach 0.18, and can reach 0.13 inside the light guide tube.
