中文摘要   根據台灣離岸風力主軸計劃,配合2012年發佈的離岸能源示範獎勵辦法,截至2014年底,一座風海觀測塔將首先在示範風電場建立以觀測收集海上氣象資料。

  本論文介紹了針對離岸風海觀測塔的基本研究,以及對德國離岸風電場中先進測風塔的學習比對。中間部份涵蓋了幾種由成功大學機械系購置,即將安裝在該測風塔上的測風設備及風速測算的知識。

  後半部份重點在於對移動測風光達LIDAR的研究,通過其陸上及水槽測試的各項結果,分析數據試圖瞭解并驗證其真實的工作狀況。

  最後總結并給出作者的建議。
英文摘要   A meteorological mast will be built by the end of 2014 as part of the prior demonstration work of the first offshore wind farm in Taiwan. This thesis studies and introduces the application of this planned meteorological mast as well as several different anemometers to be installed on it. Basic knowledge of wind velocity calculation and floating LiDAR are also included in support of the tests that done to verify the performance of LiDAR.

  Two tests were performed and their results are presented and discussed in this thesis after analyzing the output graphs. Conclusions and suggestions for bettering are presented at the end.
