此論文研究目的為探討影響新產品開發團隊績效的內部與外部因素。研究對象為台灣通訊產業。將探討組織內部環境及外部環境動盪對新產品開發專案風險的影響。再者，也分析溝通及角色和職權的干擾效果。此研究採用問卷調查法收集研究資料。從台灣的上市公司中隨機選取19間通訊公司。 在資料分析上，本研究使用部分最小平方分析法 (PLS) 進行資料分析。研究結果顯示，環境動盪，社會相關風險，技術相關風險，及專案管理風險對台灣通訊產業的新產品研發團隊績效有顯著影響。然而，溝通與角色和職權對專案管理風險及專案績效並無干擾效果。
The purpose of this study is to investigate the impacts of external and internal factors affecting new product development team performance in the telecommunications industry in Taiwan. Additionally, environmental turbulence is adopted to extend the Sociotechnical Systems Theory (SST) model. The moderating effect of communication as well as role and responsibility are analyzed.
The data needed for this study were collected from questionnaires. A random stratified sampling method was used to choose 19 of Taiwan's public telecommunications firms. A structural equation modeling technique, Partial Least Squares (PLS), is used to estimate a path model with latent variables. The results indicate the positive influences of (1) environmental turbulence on social-related risk, (2) social-related risk on technical-related risk, (3) social-related risk on project management risk, (4) technical-related risk on project management risk, and (5) project management risk on project performance. Furthermore, the moderating effect of communication and role and responsibility weaken the relationship between project management risk and project performance.
