中文摘要 任何企業或組織在其發展過程中,均需要透過組織間關係才可進行企業的發展、及透過組織間關係來進行各式的持續性的互動,例如:交易、相互關係、相互依賴過程等。而這些相互依賴又是企業能夠善加運用的策略切入點,藉以與其他組織資源互換、重整並建立起雙方或者多方的情誼,而企業亦可從中取得屬於自身的競爭優勢,然而,過去學界對於偏重在商業界而對工業界實務上的探討研究相當有限。
因此本研究欲以透過IMP互動與網絡觀點、網絡裡的相互依賴與網絡動態與策略行動三大學術理論之文獻作為研究基礎,並選用質性研究法當中的個案研究法作為研究方法。在資料的採集過程中,為了解組織間關係的互動過程與結果,因而與個案公司的企業主做深度訪談,使本研究可以獲取初級資料,再加上後續蒐集到的次級資料與分析,希望可讓實務與理論互動更為踏實,並在最後的研究討論與意涵中回答本研究中一開始提出的研究問題。
本研究在個案的選擇上,為求符合研究主題,特別選擇創立將近四十年之老牌塑膠色母企業並與公司二代乃至三代訪談後進行個案說明,了解其在經營的歷程上以及近幾年透過無數次組織間關係的管理與相互依賴關係得以探索新商機。並在與三代負責人的對話,得以了解企業之網絡動態進而深究其相應的策略行動在實際上的應用。
英文摘要 In this study, a masterbatch producer in Taiwan was used as an example to discuss an explorative study of utilizing interdependent interorganizational relationships to initiate business opportunities by case studying in qualitative research.

This research focused on the IMP perspective, interdependence relationship between the organizations, and network dynamics perspectivein to explore how a enterprise manage the interdependent interorganizational relationship to establish their own core competitiveness.

The network's relationships have been presented by the long-term interaction of many activities such as purchasing, selling, process, connection, so on. This has must to be considered actors and resources.

In the process of research, we also come with many times of interviews, to use the viewpoint of IMP perspective, interdependent network perspective to observe how did the general manager manage and then how he work to keep the relationships with suppliers or clients.
The research we focus on in which of an enterprise how to keep the interdependence relationships and have good interactions with each organization, then how they work to come out with new business opportunity
