中文摘要 本研究以扣件產業及其市場中廠商之間的互動行為為研究基礎,發現國內之扣件廠商大多擁有優異技術與生產製程,但是公司規模極小,大多僅能發展特殊化但少產量的製程模式。此外,本研究所探討的緊固鎖件產品(如螺絲、螺帽、螺栓等),其中一項關鍵的產品特性為,一件利用扣件部品作為緊固用途的產品,例如GPS衛星導航系統、行車紀錄器等電子3C產品,通常需要多種不同尺寸、功能甚至不同精密程度的緊固品相互搭配使用,以車用衛星導航系統為例,產品外部只需利用一般常用的螺絲產品固定於車內,而內部介於顯示面板與IC電路板之間的零件即需使用尺寸、造型及精密等級皆不同的特殊扣件作鎖固。由於需求顧客並不會單獨購買少量特殊扣件,因此小型廠家與業界大型領導廠商合作採取扣件產品組合的專業分工策略則成為國內多數的中小型扣件廠商的生存之道和經營模式。
本研究建立一個雙廠商市場模型,大小兩家廠商面對同質性顧客,且各自生產一種不同的扣件產品,兩項產品必須互相搭配方能發揮產品效果。市場中兩家廠商因規模及產能的不同而分成大型主要廠商與小型合作廠商,大型廠商因大量訂購而對原料供應商有議價力,可壓低單位原料成本。反之,小型廠商因產能有限而沒有能力直接向上游廠商訂購所需原料,便轉而向市場中另一家大型廠商進行原料採購。兩家廠商之供需關係更加密切,且雙方的產品價格與市場潛量等皆會對彼此造成影響。
本研究建構一個互補需求雙廠商競爭市場模型,並對此模型進行模擬數值分析與參數敏感度分析,深入了解市場交易抵換關係與雙方最佳行動策略,最後提出結論與建議。
英文摘要 This research focus on an asymmetric situation in a duopoly and demand complementary market of fastener industry. The final objective of the thesis is to maximize the whole market benefit while in decentralized system by designing a contract negotiation. No matter what strategic move between two firms is simultaneous or sequential scenario while in decentralized system, two factories conduct a cooperation to gain more benefit as much as they do in centralized system.
Moreover, fastener industry is really important to domestic economy because it’s indispensable to most conducting and manufacturing or other industries in Taiwan, not to mention the fastener exportation rate is about sixth to whole world. Therefore, more and more cooperation by contracting or negotiating being used in this industry, especially if these firms’ products have some special relationship such as substitute or complement.
In this thesis, we first conduct a market model to simulate the real world that two firms with different productivity will coordinate by their own pricing strategy in the same market base. Then, we use numerical analysis and parametric analysis to figure out, that two players’ respective optimal pricing solution. At last, we use these information to reveal possible managerial insights.
