中文摘要 台灣農業多為小規模生產體系,個別農戶的產量在市場上所佔之比例相當微小,在傳統運銷通路上較缺乏通路選擇與議價能力。然而,隨著資通訊科技的發展,越來越多傳統產業公司跨足網路平台,台灣農業亦利用在網路平台上提供預購農產品之機制,可減少生產者對消費者需求之不確定性。因此,本研究將農產品銷售期間分為預購期與一般銷售期,以桶柑為研究標的,運用航空業營收管理之座位配置模式,對每年產量有限的農產品存貨進行適當分配,藉由與反需求函數結合,建立消費者對農產品需求量與銷售價格間之線性關係,並建構本研究之農產品存貨配置定價模式,求解農產品在兩個銷售期間的最適存貨配置量與最適定價,以最大化生產者收益。本研究亦探討銷售決策改變後之存貨配置結果,同時將建構之模式與單一銷售期以及傳統農產品定價模式進行比較,並分析預購期之消費者價格敏感度。
透過數值分析結果可知,消費者對價格敏感程度和最高願付價格會影響最適存貨配置量與最適定價,經過與單一銷售期以及傳統定價模式比較,可以得知本研究建構模式之預期收益較高;從敏感度分析中,可以發現當預購期的價格敏感程度降低,總預期收益會呈現減少之趨勢。
英文摘要 Agricultural in Taiwan is a smallholder production system. The individual producers usually lack of channel selection and bargaining power in the traditional distribution channel. However, with the evolution of information and communication technology, Taiwan’s agriculture can provide a mechanism for advancing selling agricultural commodity through the network platform. Therefore, this study divides Tankan’s agricultural commodity selling period into the advance selling period and the general selling period. In order to properly allocate agricultural inventory with the limited annual output and establish a linear relationship between consumer demand and sales prices, this study constructs an agricultural commodity allocation and pricing model by using the seat allocation model of aviation revenue management and combining it with the inverse demand function. The optimal inventory allocation and optimal pricing of agricultural commodity during the two selling periods can be solved by the constructed model and maximize producer’s income. Furthermore, this study also compares the constructed model with the traditional agricultural commodity pricing model and analyzes consumer’s price sensitivity during the advance selling period.
Owing to the results of numerical analysis, consumer’s price sensitivity and the highest willingness to pay will affect the optimal inventory allocation and the optimal pricing. The expected revenue of the constructed model is higher than the traditional one after comparing. From the sensitivity analysis, the total expected revenue will present a downward trend when the price sensitivity during the advance selling period decreases.
