中文摘要 本研究的目的在探討「人格特質」、「心理賦能」、「社會資本」和「告識分享意圖」等四個構面之間的關係。問卷以不動產仲介業店東及店長為研究對象,有效問卷為240份。透過驗證性因素分析、信度分析及路徑分析來驗證各研究構念的影響關係。
結果發現人格特質對社會資本、知識分享意圖有顯著影響;心理賦能對社會資本、知識分享意圖有顯著影響;人格特質透過社會資本之中介效果,顯著的影響知識分享意圖;心理賦能透過社會資本之中介效果,顯著的影響知識分享意圖。
本研究建議提升知識分享意圖,可利用組織管理去提升企業內之社會資本,例如增加人際網路互動、共同願景與價值觀建立、增進組織間的信任與任賴關係,如此可以在管理者原有的人格特質及心理賦能結構下透過社會資本的強化讓知識分享意圖更加提升。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship effects of personality traits, psychological empowerment and social capital on knowledge sharing intention. The research target is realty brokerage industry, 240 copies of questionnaire is used in this investigation. SPSS software is used in statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis.
The results show that the of personality traits has positive influence on social capital and knowledge sharing intention. Psychological empowerment has a positive influence on social capital and knowledge sharing intention. The mediating effects of social capital towards the understanding of personality traits, psychological empowerment can significant positive influence knowledge sharing intention.
As results, it is suggests that social capital is very important, enhance social capital, such as shared vision, social interaction, will be able to enhance the organization's knowledge sharing intention.
