中文摘要 在知識移轉課題上,很多研究都提出許多精湛之見解,但在跨國性知識移轉實務研究方面,相對略顯不足,因此,本研究主要目的為透過企業的實務經驗,來探討企業如何推行及達到跨國性知識移轉的目的,並結合社會交換理論及知識管理之相關理論,來做一深入的了解及探討。
本研究透過個案公司三個不同時期的個案,利用深入訪談個案參與者,並輔以本文研究者本身內部人對於個案的背後環境場景的熟悉度,來實施探討並綜整以獲得以下之命題結論。
命題一:從社會交換行為之觀點來看,除了經濟性社會利益交換為部分影響外,非經濟性社會利益交換,或者是期望未來有經濟性/非經濟性社會利益交換,都對於跨國性知識移轉是有正面幫助。
命題二:從人員互動之觀點來看,擁有良好的語言翻譯媒介或能力、成功運用雙方文化差異、建立高度信任度及先備知識,都對於跨國性知識移轉是有正面幫助。
命題三: 從跨國性知識管理之觀點來看,透過管理技巧,將員工所學之專業知識轉換成可儲存之檔案或紀錄,並實施知識分享,對於跨國性知識是移轉有正面幫助。
並於最後,依據所得之研究命題結論,對於企業及未來相關研究提出粗淺建議。
英文摘要 Many studies submitted a lot of perfect opinion on knowledge transfer issue but it seems insufficient on practical international knowledge transfer study aspect. The purpose of this paper is to study enterprise real case and know how they perform & achieve the goal of international knowledge transfer. To understand how they cobinate with social exchange theory & relevant theory of knowledge manage.
The paper use three different stage cases of Study Company to interview case participator and assist analysis with writer as insider who familiar with case background to get proposition listed as below:
Proposition 1: From the view of social exchange theory, except economic social profit exchange is partial influence, non-economic social profit exchange and future economic/ non-economic social profit exchange have positive effect on international knowledge transfer.
Proposition 2: From the view of human interaction, with good language interpreter ability, successful use culture differential, high degree of trust and prior knowledge have positive effect on international knowledge transfer.
Proposition 2: From the view of knowledge manage, through the manage skill to let staff transfer implicit knowledge to storage files/record and perform knowledge sharing have positive effect on international knowledge transfer.
According to the result of study, shallow recommendation will provided to enterprise and future relevant study for improvement.
