二十一世紀是個知識高度發展的時代,隨著知識的普及,社會大眾對醫療的認知與要求逐漸提昇,從原始的疾病治療,更進一步希望能得到品質上的滿足。醫療產業的經營與一般企業的最大不同處在於所面對的服務產品,關係著健康與生命,因此醫療組織必須不斷的學習並知識分享,讓醫療人員們具備必需的知識和技能,才能因應變遷的環境,符合時代的趨勢,提昇競爭力。醫療的知識與經驗需要傳承、分享才能進步。故本研究以醫療機構人員為研究對象,從社會認知理論、社會交換理論、社會資本理論之文獻回顧,確認研究變數與研究架構,並分析相關變數間的關係,提出研究假設,再將回收之有效問卷321份進行敘述性統計分析、因素分析及信度檢定、迴歸分析,以了解共同願景、相互信任、相互承諾對知識分享意圖之關係及影響。
經由實證性研究後,本研究發現:共同願景與相互信任、相互承諾具有正向顯著影響;相互信任、相互承諾對知識分享意圖具有正向顯著影響。故本研究建議,醫療機構應致力塑造醫院與醫療人員間的共同願景,並讓醫療人員知道,形成團體凝聚力,藉由彼此間的相互信任、相互承諾,促進同仁彼此間知識分享的意圖與行為,而提昇競爭力。
英文摘要 Abstract
The 21st century is a time of development and advancement of knowledge. Along with these, there is also improvement in the society's awareness and cognition to medical technology, treatment and knowhow. Eventually, this translated to promotion of proper disease treatment in the hopes of elevating and improving the quality of health care for patient satisfaction. The biggest difference between medical-based industries with other general enterprises is the target consumers that one caters to. The medical field focuses on the life and the health of its consumers, which is a dynamic process, necessitating continuous learning and sharing of variable and vital knowledge and information, to enable treatment personnel to have the essential, updated and upfront knowledge and technical knowhow and ability to respond to the ever changing world. These include environmental changes and new trends in the times to promote a competitive and productive atmosphere.
Knowledge and experience are the keys in medical treatment that needs to be accepted, spread and shared in order to progress. Even before, researches pertaining to medical treatment started from social cognitive theories, society exchange theories, social capital theories from literature review, confirmation of research variable and structure, analysis of the relationships of the variable, stating the research supposition, recalling again the valid 321 questionnaires, performing and describing statistical and factor analysis, letter degree examination, regression analysis, creating a shared vision, establishing mutual trust and commitment to the sharing of knowledge to determine its impact, influence and effects.
After analyzing the results and reading through substantial reports and evidences, this research discovered that: 1) shared vision with mutual trust and commitment, have justifiable and notable influences; 2) mutual trust and commitment to the knowledge sharing intention also have a notable influence. So this research suggests that the medical treatment organization should be dedicated to molding both the hospital and medical treatment personnel to have a shared vision. To let all treatment personnel be informed, to allow them to form groups to delegate power, to develop mutual trust and commitment with each other, to promote the good intention of sharing of knowledge and information, to create a constructive behavior and fierce determination to maintain an air of competitiveness.
