中文摘要 摘要
為了能夠在市場上成功競爭,企業在擬定成長策略時,需考量到企業現有的資源與現有的核心能力。資源是有限的,故如何整合並有效運用這些有限的資源,並在企業生命週期間發揮其最大的價值;核心競爭力是每一企業的主要競爭優勢來源,因為有核心競爭力,企業在草創時期生存下來,在成長、成熟階段茁壯起來,因為有核心競爭力,避免了企業衰敗的可能性。
企業能經過重重考驗及同業間的競爭而存活下來,必定有其競爭優勢。 本論文將針對個案公司-G集團之成功關鍵因素及其核心競爭力,其目前為國內唯一專業生產特殊材料鋼的製造商,採用個案訪談的方式作為研究主軸,呈現其如何在各個關鍵的發展階段,創造其競爭優勢以及核心競爭力,並且探討其核心競爭力在各階段對G集團的影響力。
根據研究資料分析,研究結果發現:(一)核心競爭力產生的競爭優勢是企業成功的關鍵;(二)企業的生命週期與其核心競爭力及策略運用是相關聯的。
英文摘要 Abstract
A company should possess a different set of core competence sufficient to provide the company competitive advantage. In order for this company to succeed in free market with strong competition, a growth strategy must be constructed with considerations of existing resource availability and existing core competence. It’s important to integrate and use the limited resource well for creating biggest value in each stage of business life cycle. Core competency is beginning of each company’s advantage. Because of it, the company can survive, grow and even avoid the fall in each development stage.
A successful company must have its own competitive advantages that are able to face challenges and fight against other competitors. The research mainly focuses on key success factors and its core competence of G group which is the first and unique specialty steel manufacturer in Taiwan to engage in the manufacture of special alloy materials. To research how G group creates core competence and advantage in each stage and the its impact to G group through deep interview.
According to research, the questionnaire survey and analysis can indicate: (1)The competitive advantage from core competence is key of success of enterprise. (2)Business life cycle, core competence and strategy management are related.
