中文摘要 本研究探討二階供應鏈中,單一供應商對單一零售商之整合生產與配送(或訂購)批量決策問題,論文中考慮訂貨式生產系統,階梯型運輸成本與單批次生產多批次配送政策,決定上游供應商之最佳生產批量,與在滿足需求且不容許缺貨之情形下,運送至下游零售商之配送批量,以最小化上下游相關總成本,其相關成本包含:上游機器整備成本、下游訂購處理成本、上下游之存貨持有成本與配運成本。
本論文所採用之階梯型運輸成本在理論文獻上之探討較少,但實務上其應用十分常見,例如大部分國內外快遞業均採用此種運輸費率,故考慮階梯型運輸成本結構對生產與配送批量之影響具理論與實務價值。本研究之目的為建構一整合型批量總成本模式,藉由理論性質之發現發展演算方法,求得最佳生產與配送批量,並透過演算實驗及參數分析,了解不同參數改變對最佳決策之影響,並驗證所發展之演算法之求解品質表現。
上述整合型生產與配送決策模式因考慮階梯型運輸成本,其結構較為複雜,導致總成本為間斷型函數,且目標式包含整數與實數變數,故其最佳決策之求解困難度較高,本論文共發展兩個演算方法,方法一可快速求得近似最佳解,方法二係依據二維非線性搜尋之精神而設計,唯在理論上目前無法證明其求得之結果必為最佳解。經由演算結果發現方法一之求解品質優異,與窮舉法發現之最佳解比較,其平均成本偏差百分比為0.15%,故所求得之結果可做為生產與配送決策之實務應用。在全部64組數據中,方法二之求解結果雖與窮舉法求解結果一致,但不能保證必可求得最佳解。
英文摘要 The purpose of this thesis is to analyze an integrated production and delivery quantity problem with tapered stepwise transportation cost in a two-echelon supply chain. The supplier at the upper echelon produces items to meet buyer’s demand at the lower echelon, and shortage is not allowed. The production and the shipment lot sizes are to be jointly determined to minimize the per unit time cost function, where the total relevant cost includes setup cost at the supplier, ordering cost at the buyer, inventory carrying costs at both echelon, and delivery cost to make periodic shipment.
In the developed integrated cost model, a tapered stepwise delivery cost is considered, where transport economy is included, and real cost/rate date from the shipping industry is used for the analysis. Minimization of the cost model is a challenging nonlinear optimization problem with discontinuous response surface. Four analytic properties are established to assist in this optimization process.
Two efficient search procedures are developed to find the near optimal or optimum production and shipment lot sizes. The computational experiment has shown that both of the proposed approaches are efficient and effective. The analytical approach finds near optimal solution, with an average cost deviation 0.15% when compared with that in the enumeration method. The second approach adopts a two-dimensional nonlinear search scheme. It finds the optimum solution for all 64 cases when compared with that in the enumeration method. Computation time to find the optimal solution is less than one second for all cases.
