中文摘要 企業在競爭環境下,策略是影響組織成敗的重要因素。如何在這樣的環境有效的分配內部資源與能耐以擊敗競爭者為當今企業的重要課題。但企業會因所擁有的資源和能耐不同而產生不同的結果,因此本研究將企業的資源能耐轉換為常用的四項平衡計分卡管理指標,分別對兩家企業進行訪談,將四項管理指標之結果轉化成分數。利用資料包絡績效分析法來評估兩家企業的各能耐的分配策略之於平衡計分卡指標的相對效率,並計算出兩家企業分別在財務、顧客、內部流程或學習成長構面之績效值,再利用賽局理論評估兩家企業相互競局之影響,分別探討兩家企業著重於何種構面時,在與對方競局時會得到最好的績效。以此求出競爭下之適當策略,再使用個案資料分析,以推演出各種情境下之命題。本研究方法適用於參賽者有純策略與非合作賽局,企業在策略規劃的期間,透過本研究方法評估、預測採用成長策略之效用值,再針對不足之處進行資源和能耐及策略的修正。依據上述方法,本研究建構成長策略合適性之評估模式,其可依企業擁有之資源和能耐資料分析各種成長策略之相對競爭利益,以提供業者參考。
英文摘要 In a competitive environment, strategies are an important factor affecting the success or failure of an organization. Determininghow to effectively allocate internal resources to remain competitive is an important issue for today’s enterprises. However, businesses will have different results due to different resources and capabilities. Therefore, this study converts the resources of an enterprise into four commonly used balanced scorecard management indicators, and interviews are conduceted with two companies. The results of the indicators are converted into a number of components. The DEA method is used to evaluate the relative efficiency of the two companies’ ability-to-resistance allocation strategies to based on the balanced scorecard indicators, as well as to calculate the performance values of the two companies in finance, customer, internal process, and learning growth. Game theory is used to evaluate the impact of the two companies’ competition, and to explore their ' focus face-to-face, when discussing the different aspects of the two companies, they will obtain the best performance when they compete with each other. In this way, it is possible to find the most appropriate strategy under competition, and then use a case data analysis to suggest propositions for various situations. This research method is applicable to entrants who engage in purely strategic, non-cooperative games. During the strategic planning period, the enterprise evaluates and predicts the utility value of the growth strategy using the proposed research method, and then corrects the resource capabilities and strategy according to the deficiencies. Based on the above method, this study builds an assessment model to examine the suitability of growth strategies. It can be used to analyze the relative competitive interests of various growth strategies based on the resource capabilities data of a company to provide an industry’s reference.
