中文摘要 本研究以自由活塞式史特靈引擎為主要目標,目的在於提高引擎之工作壓力並結合線性發電機。自由活塞式史特靈引擎與傳統連桿機構的史特靈引擎不同,自由活塞式史特靈引擎無法利用連桿機構限定其衝程與穩定運作之頻率,亦無法固定移氣器與動力活塞之相位差,因此其動態行為雖影響引擎性能,卻難以事前掌握。有鑒於此,本研究藉由線性動力分析,求得固定引擎之幾何參數下引擎可穩定運轉之操作區間;同時,本研究結合熱力模型與動力模型,以預測自由活塞式史特靈引擎之動態行為。本研究利用發展出來的預測模型,探討在不同的幾何參數與操作參數(含加熱溫度、充填壓力、及彈簧係數)下系統可達成穩定運轉之參數組合,並找出各參數之無碰撞區間,以建立完整的自由活塞式史特靈引擎預測模型。
英文摘要 Free-piston Stirling engine is different from traditional Stirling engine in mechanism. The piston and displacer of the free-piston Stirling engine are restricted by planer springs; therefore, the stroke and the frequency of both the piston and the displacer cannot be prescribed before starting of the engine. The dynamic behavior of the free-piston Stirling engine is essentially affected by geometric and operating parameters. This study is aimed at developing a linear dynamic analysis for predicting the operating region of free-piston Stirling engine with a linear alternator. A theoretical model for dynamic analysis is developed by combining a thermodynamic model and a dynamic model which can be applied on investigating the dynamic behavior of the engine. Stable operating regions have been identified under different combinations of influential parameters. If the design parameters are not applicable, the moving parts inside the engine may collide with other parts that will cause a significant reduction in the performance of the engine. In addition, the border between collision and non-collision regions under different influential parameters is also given.
