中文摘要 在現今的企業中,專案管理已成為企業不可或缺的管理技巧之一,也因為專案管理具有固定性的流程,使得組織在經營管理層面上的使用已日漸普遍。在傳統的專案管理流程中,有些必需性的文件,如:工作說明書、工作分解結構,須經由專案團隊的不斷開會與討論進而產生而成,過程不僅耗時又耗人力,也因為目前市面上沒有一套專案管理軟體能夠將專案管理的流程做一套有系統的規劃,所以專案經理在完成規劃流程中的工作分解結構之後,還需自己輸入至專案管理軟體中才能得到自己所需的資訊,十分不便利,因此,利用資訊科技來支援專案管理流程的雛型系統便應運而生。
本研究提出一個以移動代理人程式為基礎的研究架構,並且搭配德爾菲法的流程逐步建置專案團隊所需的文件,用來改善傳統專案管理流程上的不便利,透過移動代理人程式與德爾菲法的搭配使用可以讓整個專案管理流程趨近於自動化。移動代理人程式為一套為了完成某特定任務的軟體程式,自動且無休的協調與合作之技術,使一個專案團隊內的電腦能保持資訊的一致性與正確性;德爾菲法則是可以讓專案團隊內的成員透過此流程讓文件逐步達到大家的共識,透過以上的技術與流程,便可得到一套改善傳統專案管理流程的雛型系統。
而透過本研究的架構所實作出的雛型系統,不僅能將專案管理中的工作說明書與工作分解結構產出之外,也能將工作任務清單自動寫入至專案管理軟體當中,進而達到省時且省成本的目的。
英文摘要 Project management has become one of the indispensable managing skills in corporations. Because of the predetermined procedure, it has been used more frequently in the organizational management. In the traditional project management processes, some of them require documents, such as Statement of Work and Work Breakdown Structure. They are usually generated from tedious meetings and discussions by the project team. Till now, no project management software can systematically program the processes of project management. Consequently, Work Breakdown Structure has to be initiated before being input into the project management software to obtain the information needed. Therefore information technology can be used to support the systematic procedure of project management.
This study proposed a research structure based on Mobile Agent. Delphi Method was also adopted to generate required documents for the project team to improve the traditional project management procedure. Through the Mobile Agent and Delphi method, the procedure of project management could be implemented automatically. Mobile Agent is a task-orientated software, its automatic and consistent coordinative and cooperative technology allows the project team to maintain information uniformity and accuracy. Delphi method allows the members in the project team to gradually reach the consensus on the documents through this procedure to advance the traditional project management procedure.
The systematic model created in the research can not only generate the Statement of Work and Work Breakdown Structure but also automatically input the task lists into the project management software to save time and costs.
