中文摘要 本研究以資源基礎理論(Resource-Based View,RBV)與體制理論(Institutional Theory,IT)為基礎,透過文獻回顧制定評估運輸企業永續能力評估法則,並以ASSET4 ESG、RepRisk以及I/B/E/S提供之運輸相關企業歷史資料庫所提供之企業相關表現指標為評分依據。而於多準則決策分析模式中,本研究回顧近年有關層級分析法(Analytical Hierarchy Process,AHP) 之相關文獻,基於Xu & Wei研究成果發展一套檢驗專家邏輯是否一致之模型,並提出原始解、最適解以及最佳解之距離(即λ之概念),檢驗專家們提供之樣本是否需移除。而將權重與評分合併後即可獲得各別運輸企業之永續經營能力,並將此分數置於panel data模型中的應變數,以RBV與IT之相關評估準則為自變數,評估IT與RBV對於運輸企業之永續能力影響是否顯著。本研究發現「企業願景與策略」、「模仿過程」、以及「良好企業公民」對於運輸業之永續性具正向顯著影響力,且以上部分指標尚未出現於DJSI、GRI或ISO 26000之評估方法中,故本研究提供相關比較結果,指出本研究之顯著變數指標應納入永續評估之範疇中。
英文摘要 This study aims to operationalize transportation corporate sustainable development and find how this industry deals with sustainability. By the basis of Resource-Base View (RBV) and Institutional Theory (IT), our model finds both of this theories influence the sustainability of transportation corporate. Data for this model includes all passenger transportation firms in ASSET4 ESG database from 2010 to 2013. In order to explore the effect of both theories, this research also uses RepRisk and I/B/E/S database. And only firms containing data form these databases are used in our model. To assess the sustainability of firms, we derive an adjusted Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to calculate the weight of different dimensions. We also find the sustainability in this industry is improving. Mimicry, strategy and vision and social community have positive relationship with sustainability, and some of these indexes are not existing in sustainability investing organization, such as Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI). Moreover, the relation between coefficient and opinions of experts are displayed in the same graph to identify the difference between them. This research finally provide some suggestion corresponded with our finding and point out further research about sustainability of transportation industry.
