中文摘要 供應鏈管理是企業所使用最重要的競爭策略,供應商選擇也在整個供應鏈裡面扮演著重要的角色。現今,許多公司了解到要生存並不容易,選到不好的供應商會導致公司在整個作業上與財務上造成問題,所以選擇合適的供應商將提供公司所需要的產品,材料如期完成,有效的降低採購成本,減少品質問題並提昇了公司的競爭力。要選到一個合適的供應商並不容易,本研究類型隸屬質性研究,透過深度訪談的方式來收集兩間整合元件製造公司是如何挑選供應商以及篩選條件為何。 本研究用開放性編碼將深度訪所蒐集到的資料擷取初與主題相關的字詞,再依主軸編碼將開放性編碼做中所找到類似的概念作為歸類的動作,方便對象做更精確複雜的詮釋。
在供應商選上已經有很多種方法,本研究的兩間整合元件公司均採用計分的方式來選擇出合適的供應商,根據研究結果兩間整合元件公司在選擇供應商有五個步驟,本研究亦根據研究結果,對於想要跟這兩間整合元件公司成為工作或夥伴提出相關建議。
英文摘要 Today, many companies realize that the effort to obtain products at the right cost, in the right quantity, with the right quality, at the right time from the right source is crucial for their survival. Thus, supply chain management (SCM) is one of the most important competitive strategies used by enterprises. An important role in the establishment of an effective supply chain is supplier selection. Selecting the right suppliers, those that will furnish the company with the necessary products, components, and materials in a timely fashion and effective manner, significantly reduces a company’s purchasing costs, quality problems, and long lead times, and improves its corporate competitiveness. Selecting the wrong supplier, on the other hand, could cause important operational and financial problems for the company. This thesis studies the high-tech industry in order to understand the selection process and evaluation criteria for new suppliers. The research method applied is case study, where two IDM companies are interviewed in depth. Open coding is then used to collect the data and determine the key words, after which axial coding is used to determine similar concepts.
The research results show that the supplier selection method used by these these two IDM companies are to rank the potential suppliers by grading, and the general process has five stages. Corresponding evaluation criteria are also recommended for use in the each stage of the selection process. Based on the research results, recommendations are made for IDMs that are planning to establish a supplier selection process and for suppliers that are being surveyed.
