中文摘要   近年來對歷史文化遺產的保護趨勢由單點的保存逐漸擴大到整體的保護,但國內對於文化遺產保護結合功能性、教育性等之整合性發展談論較少,使文化遺產的觀念趨於單一化。相對的,許多西方國家都開展出了整體性且區域化的遺產保護方式,其中美國國家公園管理局(National Park Service)1984年編定之遺產廊道的概念旨在解決自然與景觀人文破碎化、遺產保護片斷化的問題;其除了可以保存大量珍貴的線形文化遺產,亦賦予生態保護的價值,以實現區域與城市的持續發展。
  因此,本研究目的係以文化遺產結合生態廊道作研究基礎,發展台灣的綠色遺產廊道之評估架構。首先彙整關於遺產廊道之相關文獻,並配合相關案例與研究,從中分析出適合國內遺產廊道的重要評估因子;其次初擬架構,第一層級為生態環境與人文環境兩項構面,第二層級則包含廊道空間結構、綠地景觀涵構、生物多樣性、景觀生態戰略性、文化遺產主體條件、干擾效應、社會文化功能等七項指標。最後利用兩階段專家問卷確立評估因子、層級架構體系及權重排序,以建立具文化遺產與生態觀點的綠色遺產廊道之評估架構。期望本架構能對遺產廊道建立一致性的評量標準,使未來進行相關規劃時能以此為規劃重點與發展定位,並供未來線性景觀規劃評估之參考。
英文摘要 SUMMARY
In recent years, the trend for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage has changed to overall preservation. However, the lack of discussion of preservation of historical combining function, educational and other integrated development led to the concept of cultural heritage in Taiwan tends to be simplified. In contrast, many Western countries have carried out a way to protect the integrity of heritage and regionalization, where the concept of Heritage Corridors is intended to address natural and human landscape fragmentation, heritage fragmentation problem; it can save a lot of precious additions to linear cultural heritage, but also gives the value of ecological protection, in order to achieve sustainable development in the region and the city.
Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to combine ecological heritage corridors for basic research to the development of constructing Green Heritage Corridors in Taiwan. Using two-phased expert questionnaire as the main method to sieve out the evaluation factors that important to Green Heritage Corridor and evaluate the weights and hierarchical framework of factors. This framework aims to establish consistent standards of Green Heritage Corridors, and enable as a key point and development orientation or purpose linear landscape planning evaluation during relevant planning in future.

INTRODUCTION
Sustainable urban development and ecological conservation issues have become international trade due to the effects of global climate, it led many cites put eco-sustainable as their primary goal of regional development.
Because of urban planning has long been a demand of human activity, acts such as land use, road-building causing urban landscape fragmentation and destruction of environmental resources. Therefore, how to use the existing road network development " Green Heritage Corridor " concept becomes more important.
Eco-link concept has been widely discussed and studied in our country, such as green corridors and green networks. However, still lack of consideration of ecological corridor planning concepts on the actual road plan.
On the other hand, the trend for the preservation of historical and cultural heritage has changed from single- point preservation to overall preservation. However, the lack of discussion of preservation of historical and cultural heritage combining function, educational and other integrated development led to the concept of cultural heritage in Taiwan tends to be simplified.
In contrast, many Western countries have carried out a way to protect the integrity of heritage and regionalization, where the concept of the US National Park Service 1984 Ed formulated Heritage Corridor is intended to address natural and human landscape fragmentation, heritage fragmentation problem; it can save a lot of precious additions to linear cultural heritage, but also gives the value of ecological protection, in order to achieve sustainable development in the region and the city.
Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to combine ecological heritage corridors for basic research to the development of constructing Green Heritage Corridor in Taiwan. First, studying the relevant literature of the heritage corridor and relevant case studies to filter out the significant evaluation factor for the Green Heritage Corridor. Second, establish a preliminary framework, the first hierarchy includes natural and human environment, the second hierarchy includes corridor spatial structure, biodiversity, cultural heritage body conditions, social and cultural functions, etc. Finally, using two-phased expert questionnaire, the study sieved out the evaluation factors, the weights and hierarchical framework of factors. This framework aims to establish consistency standards of Green Heritage Corridor, and enable as a key point and development orientation or purpose linear landscape planning evaluation during relevant planning in future.

MATERIALS AND METHODS
The research methods used in this study are literature review, Fuzzy Delphi Method and Analytical Hierarchical Process applied to the case study of Tainan Old City and its surrounding areas.
This study applies expert questionnaires of Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) to screen and confirm every evaluation criteria of constructing Green Heritage Corridor and adopts expert questionnaires of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to acquire numerical values of each hierarchy’s evaluation criteria.
The framework of Green Heritage Corridors evaluation system developed through this study is divided into two main categories: “natural environment” and “human environment”, which form the first level. These two categories contain 7 evaluation criteria: “spatial structure of corridor”, “green space environment”, “biological diversity”, “landscape ecology strategy”, “cultural heritage condition”, “Interference effect”and “social and cultural functions”, which form the second level. These criteria include a total of 28 evaluation sub-criteria, which form the third level, and will be given different weights due to their relative importance.

RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The result shows that there are 27 evaluation sub-criteria to be obtained for Green Heritage Corridors evaluation system. The evaluation of the first level weights, natural environment and human environment score almost the same, the second level criteria weights of the first three is the sequence cultural heritage condition, biological diversity, green space environment, score almost 61 percent. The criteria weights of the first one score, cultural heritage condition (30 percent), is almost the first two twice times. The lowest weight of second level criteria is “Interference effect” because of urban road itself inevitable interference.
As for the third level sub-criteria weights, the highest weight is given to item” cultural heritage integrity” of “cultural heritage condition”; the next is the “construction or engineering significance”, it also come from “cultural heritage condition”; the lowest weight is “stepping stone connectivity” of “spatial structure of corridor”. According to one expert reply comments, the experts may be unsure about the relationship between “stepping stone connectivity” and “connectivity of corridor” because their definition are similar.
After Tainan Old City and its surrounding areas were analyzed, the findings showed that Nanmen Rd. got highest score, therefore it has the most potential on Green Heritage Corridors development. The statistical result also demonstrated that roads within Confucius Temple Cultural Zone, Nanmen Rd., Shulin St., Haian Rd. and Fuqian Rd., presented higher evaluation score than oter sections. On the other hand, roads that lack of cultural heritage, Ximen Rd., Donfeng Rd. and Xiaodong Rd., have the lowest evaluation score among the research.

CONCLUSION
The findings proposed (1) human environment assessment hierarchy diagram similar to the final result diagram, (2) urban roads within Confucius Temple Cultural Zone presented higher evaluation score than oter sections, (3) urban roads hard to avoid artificial interference, (4) ecology improvement to be able to reach its effect.
In conclusion, this study aims to establish consistent standards of Green Heritage Corridors, and enable as a key point and development orientation or purpose linear landscape planning evaluation during relevant planning. The researcher also suggested probing into other kind of heritage corridors, such as old canal, in future studies.
