中文摘要 隨著市場結構的改變、全球化的趨勢、資訊科技的發展、產業競爭激烈及高度環境不確定性,使企業面臨前所未有的挑戰,企業體認到已無法用單打獨鬥的方式,面對市場的競爭與快速的滿足顧客需求,企業間關係從敵對的關係至互利共榮的夥伴間關係,唯有企業間彼此密切的合作,分享彼此的資源,共同開發市場,才能提昇各自企業的競爭力,達到雙贏的目的。
有此可知,組織間關係的重要性日益提昇,然而,如何建立組織間緊密的關係,成為一大重要課題。因此,本研究旨在透過關係生命週期的觀點,以長期的思維,觀察組織間的行為,了解每個關係發展階段的特性與治理機制,並透過質性訪談,以代理經銷公司為訪談對象,研究結果發現:
1. 組織間關係發展階段,由探索期至承諾期間,信任因素與承諾因素影響程度遞增,而專屬性資產則是探索期低,承諾期次高,在擴張期達到最高,資源與核心能力則為基本要素,在每個時期都很重要。
2. 在經銷體系個案發現,組織間關係發展階段,普遍以關係治理為主。
3. 探討組織間關係發展之跨階段的因素,合作關係前為從廠商的資源,後期為信任。關係存續或中止的原因,在於雙方對於此段關係,是否信任、涉入程度高與承諾,而努力經營關係。
英文摘要 Following the change of market structure, the globalization, the rapid growing IT development, industry competition, and rising environment uncertainty, business are facing an unprecedented challenge, which the operation of traditional fight-alone is unable to face the market competition and fast to meet customer needs. Relationship among business has transformed from competition to cooperation, only by exploring mutual profits and sharing each other’s resources, can enhance the competitiveness of each other and achieve the win-win situation.
The relationship among organizations is raising importance. But how to build the closely relationship of interorganization is a major issue. Therefore, the study via relationship life cycle perspective to observe the behavior of interorganization, understand the characteristics of each stage and governance mechanism. By qualitative interview and sales agent as the interviewee, the result is as follows:
1. In the stage of development interorganization relationship, find trust and commitment increasingly highly degree of influence, moreover, asset specificity influence degree from low to high to medium. In addition, resources and core competencies are important at each stage.
2. In the distribution system, the development of interorganizational relationship based on relational governance.
3. The factors across the stage, before partnership is firm’s resources, and after partnership is trust. Besides, the reasons of interorganizational relationship continue or abort is that firms whether to trust each other, highly degree of involvement, and implementation of commitment.
