企業為了追求更低的成本,持續的創新以及更快的產出速度讓產品更具競爭力。多數會把重點放在產線的流程改善,而在各行業中關於生產製造流程的全面改善最為普遍的當屬豐田式生產管理。雖然多數公司都企圖藉由這些相關改善方式來達到降低成本提高企業競爭力,不過在豐田式生產最主要的全員參與所需要的現場資深人力累積上,卻常是面臨人員青黃不接甚至技術傳承斷層,更多的是無法累積經驗對生產流程提出合適的改善對策;而驗證新手法的導入有時也容易因為時程關係極易因延宕而夭折。如何降低現有豐田式生產管理方式隊人員素質的需求,以利往後企業組織更容易導入。
本研究以玻璃強化產業為探討的對象,應用所建構之豐田生產模式結合知識管理,以提升內部改善效率及滿足產品的品質並藉而針對製程能力進行提升。
透過本研究得知,豐田式生產結合知識管理系統可有效降低企業因人力素質差異或不穩定,而造成人員的經驗累積斷層。知識管理系統輔助豐田式生產的作法,可縮短導入豐田式生產的學習時間,而豐田式生產管理手法則可以作為知識管理案例的統一標準,進而以此改善學習曲線,降低生產風險。
英文摘要 Abstract
In pursuit of lower cost, companies continuously innovate and faster the output speed of product to make it more competitive. Most companies focus on the production line process improvement, Toyota production system is the most popular way to overall improve the manufacturing process efficiency in the various industries. Although most companies are trying to reduce cost and improve the competitiveness of enterprises by these improvements, Toyota production system needs full participation; the accumulation of experienced employees, however often faced that staffs that are unfamiliar with process and even technical heritage fault. It is unable to render Kaizen strategy due to manpower experience could not be accumulated. Verify the import of new practices is sometimes vulnerable to schedule planning and then failure. How to reduce the needs of manpower quality that Toyota production management system require to facilitate business organizations to import this system easily in future.
In this study, we focus on glass-strengthen industry, apply Toyota production system combined with knowledge management to improve the internal efficiency and meet product quality as well as upgrade process capability.
Toyota production system combined with knowledge management systems can indeed lower dependence from operating personnel who are very familiar with the Toyota production, also to avoid accumulated experience disruption due to personnel transactions and then import Toyota production system smoothly. Different production lines or different production lines with similar function machines can use knowledge of other factories’ cumulative knowledge to avoid spending more learning costs, while the Toyota production system can as uniform standards of knowledge management, or even enhance the learning curve, reduce production risk.
