中文摘要 本研究以虛擬網頁伺服器為雲端基礎架構,並以SaaS概念規劃一可動態配置、可租用之雲端物流整合資訊管理系統(Integrated Cloud Information System for Logistics Management, ICISLM),使系統安裝、更新以及硬體設備部署管理皆於雲端運作。本研究另開發了虛擬COM埠驅動技術,使系統可彈性擴充套件,以支援物流企業在工作流程中搭載其他通訊設備,例如:RFID產品、GPS接收器等,並將其資訊整合,充分落實單一系統滿足物流企業從倉儲管理、物流監控至下游客戶間之垂直整合。
本研究於Windows Server Enterprise 2008 R2作業系統下,透過Hyper-V管理軟體,建置租用式之虛擬網頁伺服器環境,提供租用企業一獨立的系統入口,並提供該企業可快速部署自行開發之應用程式;以及建置部署物流服務池之虛擬網頁伺服器,使服務可彈性適應租用者需求。透過混合雲部署,使租用企業同時具有公有雲的使用彈性以及私有雲的商業機密性。另外本研究開發一虛擬網頁伺服器之負載調配機制,根據流量與連線人數動態調配提供服務之主機,達到系統與服務穩定運作。
本研究將透過一案例實作,以一物流商業流程驗證物流服務池之服務功能,並驗證虛擬COM埠技術可透過本系統讀取本機端COM埠並做資訊傳輸與整合。以及搭載各式載具測試本系統功能之支援性,最後則以JMeter軟體模擬使用者同時連線於本系統,驗證本研究提出之虛擬網頁伺服器架構下可穩定運作外,其比較過去實體網頁伺服器架構,伺服主機之運作效能也確實提升。
英文摘要 This research aims to develop an integrated cloud information system for logistics management (ICISLM) based on web server virtualization technology and SaaS architecture. Enterprise can rent virtual web server on their demand and own a unique entrance to use the ICISLM. We also developed a Virtual COM Port Driver to make the cloud server can communicate derectly with user local device com port. This technology support logistics staff carrying other equipment, such as: RFID products, GPS receiver, to fully implement a single system satisfy the warehouse management, logistics monitoring and downstream customers.
Virtual Web Server is built by Hyper-V Manager software. It contains two functions in this research, one is providing rentable web server environment for the enterprise and the other one is providing deployment of logistics service pools for cloud provider. We developed a workflow dispatch mechanism to dynamic dispatch the services host and make the system stable operation.
Through a case study, to verify the function of logistics service pools. And implement the Virtual COM Port Driver technology to verify the cloud server can capture the local COM port successfully and integrate the information further. We use three kinds of device to operate ICISLM, and simulate the activity of user concurrent connections to the system with Jmeter software, verify that the ICISLM based on virtual Web server architecture proposed in this research can stable operation, and its comparison to the past physical web server architecture, the host performance and efficacy is indeed improved.
