中文摘要 由於塞車與車禍時常造成大量金錢、時間及生命的損失,特別是在都市中此問題又特別的嚴重。但另一方面,科技與車載無線通訊網路(VANETs)的發展已經越來越成熟,因此越來越多有關交通安全和交通控制的近期研究與討論相繼地被提出。而在此篇論文中我們著重於藉由減少救護車到達車禍現場的時間,來減少車禍造成的損失。為了達成此目的,我們利用智慧交通系統(ITS)和VANETs來控制車流移動。在結論中可得知利用我們的方法可減少了50%以上的行車時間。並且我們的方法更適合應對城市中較擁擠的交通狀態,使得我們既能精準的控制車流又不會使交通混亂造成堵塞。
英文摘要 Because of traffic accidents and traffic jam always waste a lot of money, time and lives, especially in urban city are more serious. The technology and Protocol of vehicular ad-hoc networks (VANETs) are more and more mature. Hence, more and more researches recently are studying traffic safety and traffic control by VANETs. In this thesis, we reduce the cost of traffic accident by reducing traveling time of ambulance. For this purpose, we use Intelligent Transport System (ITS) and VANETs to control traffic flow. We can reduce 50% traveling time which is caused by others driver in our results. From our experiment, our study will be very suitable in urban city. And the results show that our methods will have better performance in congested traffic state.
