中文摘要 人力資源優劣是決定企業經營績效的關鍵,在管理上,員工訓練與能力發展的重要性已不容置疑。本研究依據工作技能改善信念與工作上自我效能之關聯性理論,探討台灣產業界員工不同世代(年齡)之工作技能改善信念與工作上自我效能的相關性,做為發展人力資源策略之參考。
本論文以傳統產業E公司作為研究對象,用量化的方法進行研究,得到有效問卷93份,並以敘述性統計、因素分析、多元迴歸及相關分析等統計方法進行分析。

研究結果發現:
一、不同世代(年齡)略有影響工作上的自我效能。
二、人際改善及知識改善對於工作上自我效能因素有極顯著影響,而領導力改善對工作上自我效能因素有影響。
三、不同世代(年齡)員工、工作技能改善信念與其工作上自我效能三者之關聯性存在正向關係。
英文摘要 The quality of human resources is a crucial factor in determining the competitive advantage in business performance. Therefore, employee training and development strategy is important in the managerial field. This study is based on data provided by 93 employees from E company. This research is carried out in respect to the relationship between beliefs about improvability of job-related skills and self-efficacy in different generations of employees in a traditional industry in Taiwan.

Results are as follows:
1-Job self-efficiency is slightly influenced by generation.
2-Beliefs about improvability of social skills and the accumulation of knowledge have an impact on job self-efficacy; in addition, improvement belief about leadership has an influence on job self-efficiency.
3-The relationships among employees’ beliefs concerning the ability to improve job-relevant skills, self-efficacy, and generation of employees are positively correlated.
