中文摘要 節能減碳是近年的關注議題,其中太陽能是重點項目,在全球對太陽能池的需求持續升高下,台灣政府看到太陽能產業的潛在商機,近年來在法規及政策上大力提倡太陽能產業,在2008年的統計資料顯示,台灣是全世界第四大的太陽能電池生產國家,排名僅次於中國大陸、日本以及德國。
本研究使用層級分析法就選擇太陽能電池供應商的條件做出篩選並得出權重,經由供應商評估文獻探討與太陽能電池本身特有的特性本研究篩選出12項在選擇太陽能電池板供應商所需要考量的選項,再經過3位行業專家的訪談後,確定由這12個選項進行層級分析法問卷。使用電子郵件寄方式出25份層級分析問卷給行業專家,經過問卷回收與電話確認的過程最後得到8位行業專家的有效問卷,以此八份問卷使用微軟Excel試算表進行層級分析法分析,得出再選擇太陽能電池板所有選項的權重,前三項重要選項為價格17.69%; 產能16.96% 以及能源轉換效率16.08%。
英文摘要 Reduction of CO2 emission and energy saving are issues of growing concern in recent years. Solar energy plays a key role as a potential solution for these issues. Global demand for solar cell panels continues to rise. Taiwan government sees the increasing market of solar energy industry business opportunities. Regulations and policies have been made in recent years in order to promote solar energy industry in Taiwan. In 2008, statistics show that Taiwan is the world's fourth-largest country producer of solar cell ranking after China, Japan and Germany.
This study used AHP analysis of industry experts to determine which criteria are the most important for selecting a solar cell panel supplier. From supplier selecting criteria literature review and different characteristics of solar cells, this study selected 12 criteria when dealing of selecting solar cell panel suppliers. The findings show that the top three criteria for selecting solar cell panel suppliers are price 17.69%; productivity 16.96% and energy conversion efficiency 16.08%.
