中文摘要 隨著民眾環保意識抬頭、企業形象的自我提升,藉由舉辦社會公益活動建立追求永續經營的競爭優勢。某A科技公司舉辦「綠色嘉年華」響應植樹節活動,致力於推動綠色環境之承諾。本研究目的藉了解植樹活動對親子環境教育之影響,建立服務設計模式,發展作為日後植樹活動親子環境教育的參考與原型。
本研究從服務設計觀點,探討「植樹活動」進行環境教育對親子關係的影響,以「專家深度訪談」與「焦點族群法」進行植樹活動服務設計的問題探究,探索「環境教育影響親子關係」在共同體驗服務中的模式。其中,藉由彙整專家深度訪談之內容,由其主觀觀點與建議去探知植樹活動的痛點與亮點,從訪談內容中針對「環境教育」及「親子關係」做編碼分類找出關鍵字詞,藉此建立本研究所採用之六項評估準則。在活動方案設計部分,本研究藉由焦點族群法進行共創思考,透過參與體驗與發現探索,以及焦點族群彼此間的發問、討論等方式,誘發出解決目標問題的高層次思考,提出三項創新活動方案,並設計相對應之活動學習單。最後,本研究以A企業曾參與植樹活動員工為研究對象,以六項評估準則針對三個創新活動方案與原活動方案進行分析比較,藉此了解服務設計應用於植樹活動進行環境教育對親子關係影響的研究。
本研究達成結果:1. 植樹活動服務設計本質探索、2. 服務體驗共創品質評價管理、3. 環境教育影響親子關係的促進,等三大未來研究發展重點方向。冀望,本研究成果可作為如何朝向永續發展為下一代創造更美好的未來落實,永續發展之重要參考依據。
英文摘要 This study demonstrates the service design process of tree planting activity regarding to the improvement of parent-child relationship and the interesting of environmental education. First of all, we used participant observational method and in-depth interview with experts in the field of environmental education, parent-child relationship and tree planting to find out the problems in Green Party, which is an annual tree planting activity hold by company A. Furthermore, we adopt semi-structured questionnaire and focus group to purpose three programs and reconstruct the corresponding service blueprint of tree planting activity. A post-test questionnaire was also applied to evaluate the improve effectiveness of the purposed programs.
