中文摘要 生活在忙碌、多變、高度競爭的現代社會裡,壓力似乎是如影隨形,諸如,考試的壓力、工作上的壓力、經濟的壓力、人際關係的壓力、生病與死別的壓力、成就的壓力 ( 譬如職務晉升 ),或是最近因經濟不景氣而衍生的企業關廠、裁員等壓力,而造成時有所聞的自殺事件。根據美國醫學會表示,過度的壓力會導致不正常的生理反應,甚至疾病,包括:緊張、反胃、失眠、頭痛、背痛、高血壓、心臟病,及削弱免疫力。因此當一個現代人,能學習壓力的管理,如,預測、避免與減少壓力源,是日常生活中不可或缺的知識。
表皮胃電圖(EGG)是一種經由表皮電極,對胃的電氣活動之非侵入性量測,也是胃的活動力指標,通常用於有消化功能障礙的病人之診察。許多文獻指出表皮胃電圖已經是探討胃功能的指標之一,但其卻很少被應用。本研究主要是應用末梢血流(PPG)、心率變異度(HRV)與表皮胃電圖(EGG)等多重參數,來探討不同壓力程度下之生理訊號變化情形。本研究利用壓力量表將二十位健康的受測者初步分成有壓力與無壓力族群。所量測到的訊號經過LabView圖控軟體分析,以找出精神壓力程度與各生理參數的相互關係。
英文摘要 The mental stress seems to go hand in hand in this busy, changing and highly competitive modern society, such as the stress of examinations, work stress, economic stress, interpersonal stress, the stress of illness and death, achievement stress (such as job promotion), or the stress caused by the recent economic downturn and the rise of corporate plant closings, resulting in often heard of the suicides. The American Medical Association indicated that excessive mental stress may lead to abnormal physiological response or disease, including: nervousness, nausea, insomnia, headache, back pain, hypertension, heart disease, the weakened immune system. Thus, learning how to forecast, avoid and reduce the stress source for the modern people is an indispensable technique in daily life.
Electrogastrogram (EGG) is a non-invasive measurement of gastric motility index and is usually used for patients with digestive disorders of examination. Many studies have pointed out that the EGG is one of the indicators of gastric function, but the physiological parameter has rarely been applied. The purpose of this study is using peripheral blood flow (PPG), heart rate variability (HRV) and the electrogastrogram (EGG) to explore the variations of different mental stress levels. Twenty healthy subjects were initially divided into two groups with or without mental stress by the mental stress scale. The measured signals are analyzed via Labview graphical program to identify the relationship between the mental stress levels and the physiological parameters.
