中文摘要 資訊化與全球化致使產業結構轉變越來越顯著,企業應該如何促進資訊流動與邁向國際化已經受到產業界與學術界的高度重視,因此有效率地管理與整合供應鏈是使企業穩定且快速成長的有效方式。為了達到提升供應鏈競爭力的目標,供應鏈管理方法可以有效地將資源做整合與運用,使其發揮最大的效用,進而減少不必要的成本,最終提升整體供應鏈的效率。雖然資訊分享可以改善通路中的存貨等方面,好的資訊對於供應鏈成員是具有正面且直接的影響,但是某些資訊有時候也會造成負面且間接的策略性傷害,反而導致成本的上升。此外,資訊分享可以使供應鏈的績效更好,卻會使成員間的競爭更激烈,因此越複雜的資訊分享行為,越需要更好的資訊傳遞處理方式。
本研究探討單一製造商與單一零售商的兩階層供應鏈,並考量資訊傳遞的元素,以資訊分享和供應鏈協調為主軸,探討資訊傳遞之可靠度及可用度、資訊分享以及利潤分享三者對於供應鏈成員成本和利潤的影響,一般而言,掌握越多的資訊就會擁有越多的合作協調空間,對於市場方面的預測和自身存貨的控管也將會越準確。另外,本研究將資訊分享、資訊傳遞之可靠度與資訊傳遞之可用度作結合,發現有越高的可靠度及可用度會有較佳的資訊分享效果,供應鏈成員所得到的利潤也會較好,若加入資訊傳遞成本,則會因為可靠度或可用度越高使得所需花費的成本越大,造成製造商的利潤受損。本研究探討資訊分享模式,比較分享前後最佳訂購量、最佳出貨量以及上下游的存貨水準之變化,期望可以了解資訊分享對於供應鏈之影響,以及模式下之供應鏈效益,最終以達成供應鏈績效最大化為主要目標。
英文摘要 This study investigates information sharing and supply chain coordination in a two-echelon supply chain with a single manufacturer and a single retailer to understand the effects that information sharing has on the costs and profits of the members in the supply chain. This study also considers the related factors of information transmission, such as the reliability, availability, and cost of information transmission. Generally, firms with more information would have great opportunities to coordinate with others and precisely forecast and manage their own inventory. In addition, the better information transmission would make the information that shared by the members in the supply chain to be more accurate during the information sharing process. This study also uses a numerical example to investigate the related parameters, such as all costs and related factors of demand, in different conditions to understand the mode of information sharing. The obtained results show that the optimal information sharing is based on specific reliability and availability of information transmission due to the cost of information transmission.
