Following WEF analysis that Global Competitiveness Report of 2007~2008, Taiwan for the second year in industry clusters development indicators (state of cluster development) ranks first in the world, and the development of industrial clusters in the global innovation model known as one. Geographical barriers with advanced information technology gradually broken in the industrial cluster promotion, Taiwan area is small, no limitations concentrated among firms, while the market should be emphasized through collusion and non-market system of interdependence , cooperation, and the close relationship between the common face of competition. This study investigated the factors affecting R & D alliance outcome, and Taiwan's SMEs, R & D alliances, for example, empirical research, including:
1,For example the R & D alliance with Taiwan's SMEs, what’s of the value created by the Alliance and the performance?
2,For example Taiwan's SMEs, R & D alliances, for example, and "transaction cost logic" and "resource-based logic", based on induction and assume that the impact of alliance performance factors and dimension
3,Taiwan's SMEs, R & D alliances, to add another the intervening variables "learning intent" to explore the process of coalition operations in the most basic learning by the organization
