中文摘要 在競爭激烈的製造業中,公司為了爭取顧客訂單,除了需提高產品的製造能力與品質外,還需針對客戶產品需求進行客製化產品,因此有多樣而快速且能滿足消費市場需求的產品設計能力成為製造業的競爭優勢之一。環保意識上揚,LED相關產業逐漸成為被積極鼓勵發展的產業,並且於TV與平板電腦的背光模組、室內照明與汽車照明等應用陸續增加,產品規格也因此越來越多。LED晶圓製程原理與半導體相同具有回流特性,加上產品多樣客製化造成排程上的複雜度,如何妥善安排有限的生產資源將產品在交期內完工交付給客戶則成為重要的議題,因此生產排程則成為製造業競爭力的關鍵因素之一。

限制驅導式排程於製造業中越來越多討論與應用,主要針對生產的瓶頸機台作業管理與緩衝管理,用於考慮機台產能限制且針對LED產業的個案相當的少。因本研究案例公司的晶圓製造廠作業人員除了需操作多台機器外,也需負責運送物料到下一個製程站點,人力資源的調整不僅影響生產運作,而有不同的生產週期、交期遞延率及線上在製品存量,也可能影響限制資源的緩衝管理。因此本研究期望透過考慮機器、人力資源限制情況下,提供案例公司良好的生產作業排程及人力資源調度方式,使各種產品皆能於準時達交,提高公司競爭力。
英文摘要 The Drum-Buffer-Rope (DBR) theory is an effective scheduling methodology provides a mechanism of minimizing the bottlenecks of a production system. Effective scheduling can improve production performance by reducing Work in Process (WIP), increasing throughput, and shortening cycle time. These days, more applications of DBR theory are applied to solve scheduling problems in the manufacturing industries. In practice, scheduling needs to consider the limitations of constraints on both of equipments and human resources at the same time. However, only few researches have considered the issues of Dual Resource Constrained (DRC) on DBR. The aim of this study attempts to assess the effectiveness of operators’ assignment rules on DBR system. It uses simulation software to establish on a Light Emitting Diode (LED) manufacturing model, and some operators’ assignment rules are provided to compare the impacts of DRC on DBR management system. The experimental results show as follows: (1) The DBR scheduling method can improve LED manufacturing plant production performance, and (2) the operators’ assignment rules affect effectiveness of the DBR management system.
