中文摘要 全球飛機市場需求日益成長,帶動整體航太產業的需求。由於航太產業為高科技傳統產業,其產業特性大都以國際分工OEM及ODM為主要生產方式,因此組織間會透過相互合作的模式,維持穩定及長遠的夥伴關係,以共同面對全球競爭壓力下的挑戰。
因此為了使航太業之營運業務更有效率,本研究嘗試從「交易成本理論」和「資源依賴理論」觀點,探討影響航空產業接單模式的影響因素,並以航太業個案A公司為例,進行個案研究分析法。針對目前營運現況,以訪談方式徵詢公司高階主管的建議與看法,其次再進一步結合文獻與相關資料,因而建立研究架構模式。研究研果發現:在交易成本與夥伴關係相互影響下將會影響OEM與ODM生產模式中接單模式的選擇。考量營收增加及穩定長期夥伴關係,因此目前代工廠商的營運策略將是維持代工(OEM)與設計製造(ODM)生產模式並存,以提升附加價值及創造競爭力。
英文摘要 With continuous incremental demands on the global aircraft market, the overall demands of aerospace industry are being promoted. Due to the aerospace industry require state-of-the-art techniques, options of either OEM or ODM would be the production approach driven by its industrial characteristic. Therefore, in order to face the challenges of global competitions, company usually adopt mode of anti-cooperation to stabilize the long-term partnership.
In order to make much more efficiency on business operations in aerospace industry, this research explored a comparative analysis on different orders model in Aerospace industry base on Transaction Cost Theory and Resource Dependence Theory from A Company's perspectives. This research not only to examine the related journal paper and information, but also to consult with management team of A company through interview, for building of the overall research framework . The conclusion of research found that the Transaction Cost Theory and the partner-relationship may affect the choice of the orders model on OEM and ODM.
To sum up, in consideration of revenue growth and stabilized long-term partner relationship, companies among Aerospace industry may keep options of OEM and ODM in parallel for their future business strategies to gain incremental value added and global competitiveness.
