中文摘要 在本篇論文中,我們主要著重在研究利用光注入半導體雷射下的週期一動態,做振幅鍵移訊號轉換成相位鍵移訊號的格式轉換。為了了解光注入半導體雷射系統。我們先針對光注入半導體雷射的各種非線性動態做非線性動態地圖,其主要是以兩種參數畫製,分別是注入強度以及主副雷射頻率差。接著我們針對非線性動態中的週期一動態分別做靜態分析與動態分析,透過靜態分析的結果,我們可以知道週期一動態下隨著注入強度與主副雷射頻率差增加會使得旁帶頻率差增加。我們也分析不同注入強度與主副雷射頻率差下的轉換效率及如何避免濾波頻寬的限制將實驗系統最佳化。在動態分析下,我們將光載上振幅鍵移訊號,並利用我們的系統轉換成相位鍵移格式,再用麥克森干涉儀解調。另外我們也分析對光做相位與振幅調製後,其調製深度的大小。
英文摘要 In this thesis, conversion from amplitude-shift keying to phase-shift keying using the period-one dynamics of optically injected semiconductor lasers is investigated. To understand the system of optically injected semiconductor lasers, nonlinear dynamics of the system is first analyzed and a mapping of different nonlinear dynamical states is obtained .Next, the conversion capability of the proposed system is studied through both static(no data included) and dynamic (data are included) analyzes. The static analysis investigates the conversion efficiency of the proposed system. The dynamic analysis studies the quality of data after format conversion.
