While civilized by western reception aesthetic theories, this thesis noted the
composition of traditional literary history mostly focused on the writer and his work ,
neglected the viewpoint of the reader. Classic was not formed in a single day, but formed
during long and complex time-space through reading, interpreting, absorbing then
creating and other reception way by different readers by exposing its characters. The
method of compose of this thesis was influenced by western reception theories which
regarded the viewpoint of reader and the process time as well as civilization of
Professor Wei-yung Wang who adverted information of verse theories. The classic
writer and the propagation of its literary works, influenced the reception of the
reader, so the propagation way of the reception groups showed the definite
difference of how Guan-Qin been accept. Therefore I divided them into three
prospects—the propagation of Guan-Qin’s verses, the reception and criticism
theories, imitation and Zhuihe in creation, by its characters. The western theories
are rigor as well as minuteness, the Chinese verse theories are rich and multiple,
therefore this thesis is formed by fusing the characters of western and eastern
literature.
