中文摘要 在外太空中嚴苛又不穩定的熱環境下,衛星系統需保持各元件在其工作溫度範圍內操作,本論文探討由國立成功大學的教授及學生們,組成衛星團隊研發並自製的奈米級衛星,PACE。衛星形狀、材料特性、軌道資訊、電力消耗、姿態控制等,對衛星溫度有所影響的參數進行熱分析,本論文運用CATIA軟體建立模型與MATLAB建構外太空熱環境參數,並利用ANSYS Workbench進行分析,以探討不同情況下衛星的溫度分佈,且進一步利用公式與實驗間接證明此分析結果的合理性,去估計PACE所需要的熱控制設計,最終,藉由實際溫控測試以進行性能之比對。
英文摘要 This thesis describes the design and analysis of the PACE thermal control subsystem. PACE is a nano-satellite being developed at National Cheng Kung University. To account for the ever-changing thermal environment, proper design of the thermal control subsystem is required. This thesis reports the development of a thermal analysis capability by using commercially available software CATIA, MATLAB, and ANSYS Workbench to analyze the temperature distribution of PACE and indirectly verify the simulation by formula and experiment. Parameters such as satellite size, geometry, power consumption, orbit parameter, altitude control peculiarities and thermal control description are considered in the analysis software. As a result, thermal distribution as well as scenarios in worst hot and cold cases can be assessed. Meanwhile, the PACE thermal control system adopts passive control devices to provide the needed thermal protection.
