中文摘要 2001年,金融機構掀起一股併購風潮,各家金融集團皆試圖整合保險、銀行與證券三大金融服務領域,紛紛設立財富管理部門,設法為客戶提供一站購足與量身訂做的整合式金融服務,再者,人民理財的重心逐漸轉移到「存量配置」的階段。因此,不管是整體金融環境的需求或是個人理財的發展趨勢,培養專業且全方位的理財規劃人員,並提升理財專員的工作績效,即成為首要課題。
本研究主要目的在於探討理財專員的人格特質、時間管理與工作績效之間的關聯性,參考中國人人格量表測量人格特質,時間管理傾向量表衡量時間管理,並由受訪者自我評估工作績效。本研究以台南都會區為例,初估台南都會區理財專員約有316人,本研究取得279份樣本,採用線性結構關係模式探討人格特質、時間管理與工作績效之關聯性,實證結果發現,理財專員的人格特質顯著正向影響時間管理與工作績效,時間管理顯著正向影響工作績效,人格特質透過時間管理亦正向顯著影響工作績效。
透過本研究證實人格特質、時間管理與工作績效之關聯性,建議理財專員培養更正面的人格特質與良好的時間管理技巧,以提高工作績效;並建議銀行業者可將人格特質與時間管理問卷,作為拔擢人才時的參考。
英文摘要 In 2001, the financial institution started to absorb. The financial groups try to integrate the service of insurance, banking, stocks and bonds. The wealth departments where provide a one-stop shopping and customized financial service bring into existence. Cultivating an omni-bearing financial specialist becomes an important course, and so does boosting their job performance.
This research was aimed at exploring the relationship among personality, time management and job performance of financial specialist. Personality scale is designed from the Seven-Factor Chinese Personality Scale (QZPS-SF). Time management scale is designed from the Time Management Disposition Inventory (TMD). Job performance is measured by self appraisal. This research takes Tainan city for example, and there are about 316 financial specialists in Tainan city. There are 279 samples in this research. We discussed the relationship among personality, time management and job performance by linear structure relation.
We find that, for financial specials, personality affects time management and job performance, time management affects job performance and personality also affects job performance via time management. All of these relationships are significant and positive. Thus, we recommend the financial specialists could cultivate well personality and manage time well to boost the job performance. For bank manager, we suggest the questionnaire of personality and time management can be a reference when recruiting new members.
