中文摘要 本研究旨在探討企業或組織導入安全管理系統之後,安全氣候與安全績效間之關係。企業或組織要如何將職災率降低是一個很重要的議題,因此,必須去確認安全機制的有效性,同時提供一個安全的工作環境。

本研究使用問卷調查的方法收集資料,由資料分析結果發現,安全訓練次數之多寡對於各研究構面具顯著影響;使用皮爾森相關分析得知,安全管理系統與安全氣候具顯著的正相關,且以「健康管理」具最強顯著的正相關;安全管理系統與安全績效具顯著的正相關,且以「安全稽核」具最強顯著的正相關;安全氣候與安全績效具顯著的正相關,而且「管理承諾」具最強顯著的正相關;此外,經使用迴歸分析發現,安全氣候構面之「管理承諾」對於安全績效最具顯著的預測因子。



英文摘要 The main purpose of this study is to explore after carrying into practice of the safety management system in industrial organizational, that of the relationship between safety climate and safety performance. How to reduce deaths from occupational injuries is an important issue. Therefore, the industrial organizational must ensure safety availability of mechanisms, and create a safety work environment.

The study made use of a questionnaire survery to collect data..The data analysis results statistically confirmed the training times to that among safety management system, safety climate and safety performance are significantly influence, and by using Pearson correlation analysis, we can find positive significant correlation among safety management system, safety climate and safety performance. Besides, there are strongest positive and significant correlation between health management and climate, safety auditing and safety performance, management commitment and safety performance. Moreover, this study used regression analysis to find management commitment of the safety climate is the best factor to predict safety performance.
