中文摘要   近年來,國內專案管理學門迅速發展,專案管理工具的應用日益受重視。值此學門發展之際,本研究藉由與中華專案管理學會合作,以專案管理學會會員為此專案管理研究之主要對象,探討專案組織型態與組織文化對專案管理績效的影響。專案之外部環境及內部組織型態之管理與控制是影響專案成功與否之關鍵因素,因此,本研究之主要目的乃在探討專案組織型態與專案績效、專案特性及組織特性間之關係。本研究以問卷發放方式調查中華專案管理學會學員及兩家電子公司曾經參與過專案之員工,有效回收問卷共81份,資料經統計分析後,主要之研究結果有以下幾點:

1.不同的專案組織型態其專案績效有差異。偏向專案式組織型態之專案績效較佳,而偏向功能式組織型態之專案績效較差。
2.不同專案組織型態間之專案複雜度差異並不明顯;雖然如此,純專案團隊組織型態之專案擁有較高之複雜度。
3.不同的專案組織型態有不同之專案目標導向。功能式矩陣與專案式矩陣組織型態之專案最重視時間導向,純專案團隊其次,純功能組織之時間導向最低;而純專案團隊最重視成本導向,純功能組織其次,矩陣式組織型態成本導向程度最低。
4.組織文化與專案組織型態間存在關係。偏向專案式組織型態者較強調團體精神,而偏向矩陣式組織型態者較強調以工作表現為酬償依據。
5.組織文化會影響專案之績效。強調團隊合作者,專案之時間績效及整體績效顯著較高;強調控制者,專案之成本績效顯著較高。
