中文摘要   本研究旨在利用線性結構方程模式(Structural Equation Model,SEM),探討定期海運業中智慧資本(Intellectual Capital, IC)各構面:人力資本、結構資本與關係資本間之關係,並進一步延伸,驗證智慧資本與組織績效間之關係。

  研究結果指出,在定期海運業的智慧資本中,「關係資本」對「組織績效」和「結構資本」具顯著之正向影響;「人力資本」對「關係資本」及「結構資本」具正向顯著影響,並間接透過「關係資本」對「組織績效」產生影響;而「結構資本」對「組織績效」之影響,在本研究未獲得顯著性的支持。最後,透過研究之成果,針對實務與後續研究提出建議。


英文摘要   This study used a structural equation model (SEM) to examine the relationships among intellectual capital such as human capital, structural capital, relational capital, and organizational performance in the context of liner shipping services. Results indicate that relational capital has a positive effect on organizational performance and structural capital, whereas human capital positively influences relational capital and structural capital. However, the impact of structural capital on organizational performance was not supported in this study. Theoretical and practical implications of the research findings are discussed.
