中文摘要   由於國際環境急劇變遷,資訊科技的日新月異,中小企業原有的競爭優勢不再,未來中小企業若要提升其核心競爭能力,首要工作乃是加強資訊應用能力,才能創造企業新價值。但對於中小企業而言,在資源有限、經費不足、專業人才缺乏的情況下,如何成功建構資訊系統,實為應受到重視的議題。過去已經有學者提出中小企業成功導入資訊系統的關鍵因素,但基於每個國家的文化、社會結構、經濟情況可能不盡相同,關鍵因素的考量也可能不同,因此,依據不同國家的特性,影響台灣中小企業導入資訊系統的關鍵因素值得我們去研究與探討。本研究採用問卷方式來進行調查性研究,首先根據回收的資訊人員樣本以進行線性結構關係模式來檢驗本研究的模式,針對企業內部環境、企業外部環境與資訊系統特性對資訊系統成效的影響來進行探討,並且以多元廻歸分析來找出每個構面中關鍵因素的相對重要性,研究結果顯示資訊系統特性與企業外部環境是影響資訊系統成效最顯著的構面,其關鍵因素排行依序為相容性、使用容易度、成本、競爭壓力、外部資訊科技專家、軟硬體供應商支援;再者,利用獨立性t檢定後的結果顯示,高階管理者與資訊人員對於影響資訊系統成效的關鍵因素之觀點認知並無顯著差異;此外,本研究模型與其他研究者所提出的模型進行驗證,顯示本研究所新增的資訊系統特性是一個顯著的影響構面,宜加入研究模型中。最後,本研究是以學者DeLone and McLean在2003年所提出的模型來衡量中小企業導入資訊系統後的成效,研究結果顯示,DeLone and McLean所提的資訊系統成效模型的確適合用來衡量台灣中小企業導入資訊系統後的成效。
