中文摘要   為便於軌道養護工程人員研判軌道不整對行車安全的影響,對危險地段進行維修工程,本研究提供一套分析方法即利用套裝軟體ADAMS/Rail及修改適合1067公釐軌距軌道之列車模型,並以實測台鐵某段軌道不整值為軌道模型,利用軟體內建輪-軌互制行為進行列車動態分析,藉以瞭解軌道系統各部份的力學行為,尤其針對運輸問題中最重要的安全性問題進行分析。
  除欲明瞭綜合軌道不整值對行車安全影響外,各單項軌道不整值(軌道不整值分垂向不整值及水平向不整值)對行車安全之影響,也是我們分析重點,本研究將所得檢測值細分成3部分即垂向軌道不整、水平向軌道不整及綜合軌道不整,進行列車動態模擬分析,並逐一評估對行車安全影響。
  本文分析各種軌道不整對行車安全的影響,其結果各轉向架每一輪脫軌係數均未超過規定值1且遠低於規定值,即表示該路段在滿足鐵路局1067公釐養護規範下,軌道不整值應不致危及行車安全,即本研究所提供分析方法其結果應可做為判定列車行車安全之參考。



英文摘要 In order to allow track maintenance personnel to determine impacts of track irregularities on traffic safety and to execute maintenance on dangerous sections, This study provides an analysis method with the application of ADAMS/Rail, modified train model suitable for track with a track gauge of 1067mm, and model track made to parameters actually taken from a section of measured irregularities of Taiwan Railway Administration. Using wheel-track counter-canceling behavior function built in the software to conduct dynamic analysis of train, we are able to understand mechanic behaviors in all parts of track system, and analyze the most critical safety issue in transportation.

In addition to understand the influence that irregularities parameters of integrated track impose on traffic safety, the influences that other irregularities parameters of individual tracks (irregularities parameters of track can be categorized into vertical irregularities parameters and horizontal irregularities parameters) impose on traffic safety is also one key issue in our analysis. This study categorizes parameters into three groups, which are vertical irregularities of track, horizontal irregularities of track, and integrated track misalignment, for dynamic analysis of train, and each of which is assessed for traffic safety influence.

This study analyzes all types of track irregularities that influences traffic safety. Derailment quotient(Q/P) for every wheel on every bogie does not exceed 1 as regulated, and are far below regulated level. That means under 1067mm maintenance regulation, parameter of track irregularities of such section should not endanger traffic safety. It can also be concluded that results from the analysis method provided by this study can be considered as a reference for determining traffic safety of train.
