中文摘要 隨著經營環境快速的變動及全球化競爭的趨勢,中小企業經營面臨著越來越大的壓力,因此紛紛學習具有彈性、商品多樣化、服務水準提高和更具經濟規模的經營理念,而外包此項策略將可專注於核心事業(Core business),以機動創造價值,對企業競爭力的提升扮演具關鍵影響的角色和地位。因此本研究主要是針對中小企業,將外包作為主題,了解各產業構面影響企業採用外包程度的關係,並加入企業文化特質作為控制變數。本研究之目的在於了解在不同組織文化特質下,影響中小企業採用外包策略的因素。
本研究是以台灣中小企業製造業為研究範疇,提出在不同組織文化下,環境依存、交易成本與市場機會之三個基本構面影響外包程度之關係。以集群分析、變異數分析及典型相關等統計分析方法所得之研究結果如下:

一、運輸儲運為傳統中小企業製造業外包程度最高的工作項目,器材維修為高科技產業外包程度最高的工作項目,器材維修則為總製造業外包程度最高的工作項目,而行銷企劃則為總製造業外包程度最低的工作項目。

二、核心競爭力為影響中小企業工作外包程度的最主要因素,交易成本次之。

三、在不同組織文化之下,資源依存、交易成本與核心競爭力貢獻度等三個衡量構面與外包程度關係皆呈現負向的關係。
