中文摘要 現今企業所面臨的競爭,不再是擴大產量以壓低產品成本,擴大市占率來提升企業的競爭力。隨著消費者習慣與喜好的改變,創新的產品與穩定的產品品質,都會影響企業的經營績效。為強化企業本身競爭力,企業本身必須與供應鏈廠商建立持續長久合作的夥伴關係,因為一個新產品開發上市後,銷售狀況如何,直接影響到企業本身與其供應鏈體系。彼此是共存共榮互相依賴的關係,若雙方關係品質不佳,彼此無法互相信任,是沒辦法共創雙贏。
由於網際網路科技的進步,電子商務的蓬勃發展,企業與其供應商可透過電子化採購作業來達到資訊共享、降低成本及提升供應商管理績效等。對企業內部而言,電子化作業扮演著提升組織績效的重要角色,可以有效地縮短組織之間資訊傳遞與分享時間。然企業導入採購電子化系統後,便能帶來上述預期的好處嗎,與配合供應商之間可以維繫穩定的關係品質,進而建立更緊密且強而有力的夥伴關係,以提升供應鏈管理績效,達到降低交易成本與強化競爭力的雙贏目標,值得進一步探討。
依據前述說明,本研究主要探討企業藉由推行電子化採購作業與供應鏈管理績效等之影響。經由國內外文獻的蒐集,彙整出電子化採購、關係品質、夥伴關係以及供應鏈績效等四個構面,以此為基礎建立研究架構、研究假說以及問卷量表,並以國內南部生產ABS某大企業之供應鏈廠商為問卷對象。期本研究結果,能夠幫助企業推行電子化作業與兼顧供應鏈管理績效上有良好的表現。
英文摘要 Nowadays, most Enterprises are facing competitions which can not only expand manufacturing scales and market share to lower cost but also enhance competitiveness by products innovation and stability. Besides, stable and closed partner relationship among suppliers can also enhance overall competitiveness of enterprises better than others.
Due to the internet and E-procurement dramatically blooming, enterprises can share information, cut costs, enhance the performance of supplier management and so on via E-procurement. This research most focuses on the influences among E-procurement, partner relationship and supply chain performance. With questionnaire answered by 596 representatives and using Partial Least Squares (PLS) regression, the consequences show that E-procurement, trust and commitment have positive impact on partner relationship while E-procurement, trust have positive impact on supply chain performance.
This research also figures out enterprises can reduce work time, save labor cost, maintain partner relationship and enhance supply chain performance via E-procurement. The results also become a reference for enterprises to promote E-procurement.
