In Knowledge Economic Era, technology has proceeded rapidly and internet has been extensively spread among the people. Knowledge can truly bring competitiveness to a company and become the core competence in this company. It cannot just rely on heroism and individual expression but team work and cooperation between different professionals to complete every task and program in a company. Therefore, we attempt to research with individual’s level that the study is proved into the connection of network density and network centrality in Social Network Theory for knowledge integration capability.
In the fast variation of global environment, the key of maintaining competitive advantage for a company is to create a knowledge-based innovation ability. The measurement tool of innovation effect is Innovation Performance. Knowledge integration will bring more opportunities of innovation for a company. Hence, this research will discuss the connection of knowledge integration capability and innovation performance.
Because the model and research hypotheses are tested on a sample of financial services industry, the research will mainly focus on service innovation performance. And the collected data will be tested through Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling Analysis…etc. The findings reveal as following results:1. Network centrality has significant effect on systematization capability, interaction and coordination capability, and socialization capability. 2. Network density has significant effect on systematization capability, interaction and coordination capability, and socialization capability. 3. Systematization capability, interaction and coordination capability, and socialization capability have significant effect on service innovation performance. 4. Knowledge integration capability is a perfect mediator between the relationship of network centrality and service innovation performamce; Knowledge integration capability is a perfect mediator between the relationship of network density and service innovation performamce.
